Monthly Rentals in Short Pump

We had an awesome time staying at the cottage, perfect location near tons of restaurants and shops with a quick drive to Richmond. We booked specifically for the dog friendly aspect and everything was better than described, LARGE fenced in yard with tons of space and outdoor community seating area with tables/chairs to enjoy the sounds of nature right outside. We loved sitting under the porch listening to the birds while our dog roamed the yard getting in all the smells. Cottage has comfy king bed with full fridge, easily controlled AC, microwave and any dishes/utensils that you would need. Owner was SUPER sweet and spoke with us on the way out asking to pet our pup and if she could have treats. We would recommend this cottage to those who have pets and still want to be able to explore the variety of dog friendly places around the Richmond area while also feeling at ease leaving them at the cottage while doing activities without your pet. We would stay here again!

We loved Rebecca’s place. Comfortable and relaxing nights on the screened in attached porch, which was a great place to wind down. Inside has all the amenities you need for comfort, pleasure and entertainment. Built for a couple, but very roomy. Centrally located and easy to get to the airport or any of the many historic sights Richmond has to offer. We are day trippers and found the location to be great for Shenandoah, Skyline Dr, Monticello, Charlottesville, Colonial Williamsburg, even Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Rebecca and Trent were great communicators and proactively made sure our needs were met. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you will find it to be just what you need.

We had a great stay. The Home Stretch was perfect for the calm and quiet getaway my family needed. The owners have meticulously thought through everything a guest may need or need to know and have labeled the home accordingly, which made getting settled in a breeze. Thank you for a great stay! 10/10 would stay again.

This spot was exactly what I needed for a quick little solo beach trip. Definitely recommend if you want a quiet getaway
