I've been on 10 total airBnb trips & this one was the best! This space was private, quiet, and gorgeous. Very roomy for 2 people. It made for the perfect getaway for a birthday trip. Shoshannah is a helpful & friendly host. Do not hesitate to book this place! Also, the retro fridge is so cute & it is a lot bigger in person!

Mary's listing was perfect & exactly what I needed. I'm a host myself from out of state & needed a place to stay on the way to my own place on the Bay. I was late getting in due to the long drive & the easy directions & ease of checkin allowed me to show up, shower, & collapse into a very comfy bed and sleep. When I realized I was out of travel essentials, Mary quickly responded to let me know of local shopping options nearby, as well as telling me there were some things available at the Airbnb to use. While I didn't need it, the kitchenette area was very well equipped and there were even creamers for the coffee in the fridge, which was a great touch. The carport was appreciated as it was raining when I showed up and the separate entrance was like walking up to a treehouse and incredibly peaceful. The town of Ashland was less than ten minutes away & I stopped at a great coffee place & the farm market before heading out. I was enamored. I will absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as represented, and comfortable. Everything I needed was available and the well stocked kitchen contained premium equipment making meal prep a dream. Caroline was a terrific host and always responsive. The soft pitter-patter of little feet could be heard at 6am each morning and not heard after 8pm each evening, including the weekend. No other noises were ever heard. In my 7 day stay, I only met Nathan once in the driveway as we each were getting into our cars. Caroline and Nathan’s home is located on a court where the neighborhood is lovely, peaceful and walkable. I make regular trips to Richmond and this is a place I would stay in again.
