W Hotel with Hot Tub & $30k Showers & Relaxing Cabana

Embrace the alluring aesthetics of this completely revamped home. The property features contrasting textures and motifs, a monochromatic interior, chic furnishings and decor, and a Moroccan style outdoor cabana with entertainment system. This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while listening to your favorite music using the hot tub water proof speakers. The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping. OUR MOST RECENT REVIEW: November 2017 "For never renting an Airbnb before, you really set the bar high for us. The space was exactly what my family and I needed for the week. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had before. From the ambient lighting throughout the home and bathrooms, to the crazy master shower. We've stayed at top of the line hotels and your home exceeded all of those. As a home builder I like to see what other people are doing, you or your designer really did a great job. My wife and I always look for Modern hotels and places we feel are safe for our kids. Your home was a breath of fresh are. Our little girls are still talking about it after we got home, asking if the next place we stay will look like it again lol. My answer was doubtful. For the space and the money, we will definitely do this again" Guests have access to the whole house except the office, plunge pool in the back left corner of the backyard and master bedroom closet. A new HEB was just built a block away for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts due to the huge investment we've made in the house There is a small construction project in the backyard. This project will not affect the hot tub use or cabana area. PLEASE DO NOT DOCK OUR RATING OVER THIS ISSUE SINCE WE ARE PROVIDING FULL DISCLOSURE AHEAD OF TIME. The hot tub and outdoor shower is still free with the house's normal rate. The shower experience 1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install. NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and private outdoor hot tub. HOA community pool just two blocks away. We provide absolutely no technical assistence for the audio visual system but it's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Daily if requested. The property is located in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood yet still boasts convenient access to the city attractions. The home is 12 minutes from Fiesta Texas and La Cantera, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from Sea World. You really want to have your own car to be able to access this property or you can use Uber, which is cheap and easy to use. The house is in the upscale Stone Oak suburbs. We do not offer discounts on our nightly rate. Please do not request discounts.

Wow, Glass-Walled Design Bungalow near University of Texas

#1 Airbnb in Austin according to Architectural Digest! Bring the outdoors in! Sliding glass walls open to the serene yard of this redesigned '50s bungalow, just 3 miles from the center of downtown. Hide away and nestle in to your own fenced sanctuary and a bubbling chromatherapy bath…or share a relaxed, al fresco evening meal at the 12-foot outdoor dining table and share stories around the fire pit under Texas stars. (NO PETS. Infants & well-behaved CHILDREN OVER 8 ONLY.) Completely re-imagined by a designer/architect, this 1950's house was stripped to the studs to be recreated into a modern oasis of cool just ten minutes to the epicenter of downtown Austin. Appointed with every comfort, the home sports sliding glass walls to the backyard to allow the inside out and the outside in. An expansive living room gets even larger with the view to the backyard's minimalist "mound of grass" and the communal fire-pit beyond. A massive 12 foot long dining table adds casual chic to any grill-out dinner party you may want to throw under the Texas stars, or just a leisurely cool morning coffee. Just a step up from the living room and a theatre-style kitchen and serving bar allows even the most gourmet chef to have their crack at cooking anything from the local Whole Foods headquarters. Every amenity is available for the food fanatic, from induction cook-top to espresso machine. Two bedrooms on either side of a long entry hallway provide great privacy for a two-couple retreat. The queen bed guest suite has its own direct access to the backyard with a wall of glass, and its own accompanying bath. The king bed master bedroom is a technical delight, with a ceiling mounted, flat-panel TV that rotates for viewing in bed or in the chroma therapy air jet bathtub. A separate shower stall with digital controls sports both a 12" rain shower head and a hand-held shower wand. The master bathroom, like the kitchen extension is completely clad in a warm zen-inducing bamboo. (NOTE: This house can be rented with the neighboring house for large get-togethers up to 10 people, and the two together provide TONS of outdoor entertainment space including two dining areas, a hot tub, the fire pit, and outdoor spa shower with a waterfall head. Guests have the run of the place including the completely renovated 50's house, and an extremely private fenced back yard including a huge entertainment space with a 12 foot long dining table, a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking, the fire-pit (wood provided), and the spa-like outdoor shower. The owner resides in a studio behind this property and comes and goes like the wind via the side yard discretely. He is available via text and happy to help expeditiously, but in general guests have all the alone time they want or need! Windsor Park is a laid-back Keep Austin Weird neighborhood where, like Austin, kinda anything goes! Trendy spots nearby include the parks, running trails and pools at Mueller, Alamo Drafthouse Theater, Halcyon Coffee, B.D. Riley's Irish Pub, East Austin Yoga, The kNomad Global Bar, Kirby Lane (pancakes!) and the amazing Paco's Tacos, just to name a few. The eco-friendly, HEB grocery center (.25 miles from the house) has everything from Starbucks & Liquor, to pizza & gas just moments away. There are busses which are frequented by the students in the area, and the nearest light rail is at Highland Mall just 1 mile away. However, like most of Austin, the most convenient option is to have a car. This property is used by the owner for entertaining his own family and guests. It's in tip-top shape and decked out with his personal collection of art and books and a chef's dream kitchen. For the caring and refined guest, this house is an incredible repose and a perfect way to really live in a "Keep Austin Weird" neighborhood but also be accommodated in luxury. The television in this house is entirely driven by digital content and does not include basic cable.

Greet the day in an updated tiled bathroom that has everything from a twin vanity to combined rain shower and tub. Elsewhere, the gleaming white interior is offset with color splashes, from carpets to wall accents, plus flagstone and wood floors. This home offers 1000 square feet of space to spread out and relax. With cable, wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, tea kettle, and coffee machine, you'll have all the comforts of home. Guests have full access to the backyard. Please respect quiet hours after 9 pm. The home, in classic New Orleans style, is split into two separate dwellings, with a shared backyard. I live on the other side of the duplex with my sweet miniature goldendoodle, Willie Nelson. I'm more then happy to interact or give you privacy. I've lived in New Orleans a long time and can offer any information you need about the city. Seventh Ward/Tremé is seen by many as the city's quintessential Creole neighborhood. Home to musicians, politicians, artists, and activists; it’s near City Park, the Degas House, the Free People of Color Museum, and a 20-30 minute walk or quick Lyft/Uber from the French Quarter. Coffee shops and local food nearby. The neighborhood is an authentic, richly diverse, NOLA neighborhood for experienced travelers, outside of the traditional tourists spots of Bourbon Street and Garden District. Parking is free on the street and there’s always ample parking. Walking a mile down Esplanade Ave to the French Quarter is lovely in the daytime. Ride shares and taxis are recommended everywhere in New Orleans at night, and the fare from Maison Laharpe to the Quarter is under $10, 5-7 minutes. Bus routes are nearby, as are Blue Bike rentals. More information on these and the streetcars can be found in the guest guide in the home. This is a traditional shotgun style house which is unique to New Orleans. It's the most common type of house that you'll find throughout the city. The location is close to the famous Treme neighborhood and is a convenient to walk to local restaurants and grocery stores on Esplanade Avenue, one of the most beautiful streets in the city. You can also take an inexpensive Uber or Lyft a mile north to City Park or a mile south to the French Quarter/Bywater or Downtown CBD/Warehouse District. Local city rental bikes are also available along Esplanade and are a great way to see the city. No smoking, parties, or pets. Seventh Ward/Tremé is seen by many as the city's quintessential Creole neighborhood. The diverse, historic neighborhood is home to famous musicians, politicians, artists, and activists; it’s near City Park, the Degas House, the Free People of Color Museum, and a 20-30 minute walk or quick Lyft/Uber from the French Quarter. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.
