First if all, Sally is amazing and very kind she answered me all of my questions and she even recommend me some things to do during my trip. She is very fast to response. Regarding the apartment, it was more than I expected we were all satisfied it has everything you need and more! It has an amazing view too! Very familiar environment..! I would definitely go back some day :)

Colleen from start to finish was extremely professional and responsive to any and all questions I had both prior to arrival and during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to get away and just relax. The private pools with gate codes added a level of comfort and made you feel right at home. The listing is in a perfect location with tons of things to do right on the property. The beach was perfect, shockingly it wasn't crowded for how amazing the weather was and there are chairs available to use. We couldn't have been happier with our trip and certainly look to come back in the years to come. Colleen definitely has a perfect location for all. Thank you again so much and for anyone thinking about booking this, PLEASE DO SO! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!

The place was beautiful, Alli’s assistance was second to none; the only reason I stated it was priced high was the inconvenience of the elevator situation. Way too much time was spent waiting for an elevator; unfortunately, that makes renting this beautiful condo less appealing!

Christian was a great host. The place was exactly as described. Located perfect walking distance to everything. You are 4 blocks from Bourbon. Key cards at hotel were not up to par. We were locked out 3 times, but was always taken care of and had nothing to do with Christian as a host.

Oakdale is an amazing place and we will be returning often. The staff there was incredibly welcoming and truly made us feel at home. They host tons of events (there was a bluegrass festival while we were there) and they across the street from a free city park with a spring fed River to swim in and a greenbelt that connects to town. Perfect spot for a family get a way.

this place is adorable. 5/5. The place was great! Very cozy and comfortable on the inside. steps away from the beach or a beautiful pier looking at the bay. which is exactly what we needed. Would definitely book again if we’re in the area!

Anjali was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped us understand the bedroom set up before we booked - this was helpful as it was technically a studio, although the bedroom area had doors that closed it off so it felt private for someone to sleep on the sofa bed. The stay worked out great as we got all the amenities of a hotel, but with the living space/kitchen/laundry amenities of an AirBnb. Location was excellent for Austin City Limits Festival. Prices were very high for ACL but overall I believe we paid rates that were generally commensurate with what hotels were charging based on how late we booked. The Wyndham was fun and gave out special eclipse-viewing glasses for free and had a free waffle brunch so we had some nice perks too! Big thank you to Anjali :)

They are a great host that both responds quickly and has a very conveniently located and clean condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to any others looking for condos in the Panama City Beach area!

This place was better than expected! Spacious, clean, bed was very large and comfortable! Also didnt realize its within the Sandestin resort with a tram system! This place was great and would stay again for sure.

My wife and I stayed here without any major concerns. The place was directly on the beach with wonderful sunsets in the evening. The facility was clean and easy to find our way around without trouble. Rachid was very responsive to anytime I messaged him which was minimal as the process was flawless, so no need to bother him. The coffee pot had a piece that was broken, but was no big deal as all we had to do was let them know and they were willing to replace it without hesitation. Everything went well for us , great location, great price, great weather, great food and a great time. The ad shows washer under the amenities section, but our room did not have a washer or dryer in the room, which was no big deal for us, but some may like to have a washer. We would definitely stay here again. Rachid was a great host. No problems during our stay.

Very nice place to stay. It is clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and within walking distance of any type of food you might want to eat.

The actual condo is beautiful and is as described. The facility is well- maintained and feels safe. The beaches are spectacular. This particular unit has a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. Guests should be aware that some of the listed amenities are not available during the off season. We wouldn't have changed our lodging plans if we'd known ahead of time that, for example, there is no shuttle or on-site breakfast options in February. But it's difficult to accurately compare value without an accurate description. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice. Marie was helpful and accessible via messaging.

Our first time in Panama City and we absolutely loved the place! Beautiful views of the beach from the balcony! Restaurants nearby within walking distance. Definitely worthwhile, will definitely be coming back!!
