We enjoyed our stay. House was as described & was stocked well. Our only disappointment was in the containers/tops lacking in kitchen. Sleeping was perfect for our crew. We loved the lower level & outside seating— great outside access for our large group. We did wish there could have been some flexibility on check-in without fee but we understood. Kitchen was stocked well and house was decorated nicely. We did however find the temperatures of house to be very hot upon arrival and it took a while to cool off. Fridge was broken when we arrived(caught next day), it did throw a wrench in things for us (some food was unsafe to consume) but the matter was handled quickly & we appreciated the speedy fix and accommodations in the meantime. Very responsive host who remediated the situation and was apologetic throughout. Couldn’t have been handled any better. Easy to get to beach & instructions for house, beach accesss & everything else. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a RESET.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. The house is in a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, etc. for fun activities and dining. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. The balcony views of the hill country, especially at sunset was a highlight. Our hosts did everything to make us feel like welcome guests in their home.

The house is exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. We hope to return next year.

Perfect for viewing the eclipse.

This was our second stay here — it was perfect yet again! Linda is very responsive, as well as her property managers. The home is cozy, has a well stocked kitchen and the beds are comfortable. It stormed most of the week, and we did not have to worry about street flooding which was nice! Short walk to the beach as well. Thank you for yet again an amazing stay for our family vacation!

Our family had a great stay at RJ’s place! There were so many games and activities for us to do, we were never bored. There were a few small things that we brought up to RJ and she was so responsive and attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. We loved it!

We stayed at Rock’n Rowdy Ranch for a few days and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s hard to describe how peaceful and unique this place is. Right away, Ethan welcomed us at the gate and showed us around—super friendly and helpful. The ranch is full of animals—like, a lot of animals. We fed buffalo, goats, llamas, even kangaroos and zebras. They just roam around, and you can walk up and interact with most of them. It was surreal, especially for the kids (but let’s be real, we were just as excited). The house was really comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out on the deck just hanging out, watching the animals, and enjoying the quiet.

This was my second time at Bradley’s Place! I will definitely come back. I always feel right at home! It was nice and clean and had some upgrades since my first visit.

The place was amazing, it was peaceful and quiet. It's a very nice home to go out with family and friends and enjoy the pool. I will recommend this place to anyone. That's looking to have A good time

Very clean & homey place. Host were very quick to respond with clear & friend responses/instructions. This location is more for if you are wanting to fish or go to the beach. Only a few restaurants around the place but it was so nice to stay there & have the quiet & private. I really appreciate host letting me & my guest have a late check out (with additional charge). Thank y’all so much for the beautiful home/stay. Definitely recommend this place & the host.

OMG this house is GORGEOUS the photos don't even do it justice. It is surrounded by beautiful forest, peaceful, AC was ice cold, everything was spotless!! And there's shuffleboard! 10/10. Was exactly what I needed and more.

I really enjoyed staying at this home. It was 15 minutes from the beach, close to stores & gas stations. Also enjoyed sitting outside getting the fresh air to watch tv after the sun went down next to the pool. I can’t wait to come back & visit. This will ALWAYS be my go to!

We had a great time. The home was very clean and we felt like home. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Lots of space. And the downstairs grilling area was awesome. Would certainly go back there and stay in the future.

Perfect location for the beach and surrounding attractions!

My family of 5 (with 3 young kids) enjoyed our week-long stay! My kids loved the basement game room, allowing the adults to take a little break. The house was spacious and allowed everyone their own space to do whatever they liked. Close to shopping, food, and a quick drive to the beach. We had a couple of maintenance issues come up, but Tyler responded quickly and was very helpful!

We stayed here to attend a wedding and to see family in the Houston area. Location was perfect. Close to everything by car. The house was spacious and the pool did not disappoint. Overall a relaxing stay at a clean property.

This lake home is a beautiful relaxing place, **makes you wish it was your own. I’m so glad that our family was able to celebrate birthday parties, Take a couple of boat rides and fishing trips. Play with our pets and enjoy some funny movies , There were plenty of games to play and We all were very comfortable and cool with great AC as the summer heat started to show up. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal or desserts, and we could all be together in that kitchen- living and dining room. Very peaceful environment mostly very quiet and we really enjoyed that part along with being able to cook at the barbecue pit or go swimming in the little beach area right there it just had all the things we needed for a great time Thank you for the ease of which we were able to rent and Amber being available within seconds of any questions I had and she even came by to check on something for us- everything was just perfect. We will stay again for sure 😊♥️

first, the place is amazing. It was clearly decorated not just to high standards, but also with comfort and a sense of serenity in mind. Walking into the house, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were all spotless, well arranged and already cooled (important when coming out of the Texas heat). Normal consumables such as salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices and other condiments were already on hand so all that was required was visiting the local stores to pick up any foods for the evening. to facilitate this two coolers were available along with directions to local stores and eateries. the yard outside was terraced, however a running creak at the border allowed one to see turtles. frogs, crayfish, fish, squirrels, rabbits, and a variety of birds. The roads in the subdivision were a little rough however it is a friendly and relaxed environment and easily walkable to the lake. And once your adventure is done you have the quiet and peacefulness of this wonderful house.

We loved it here! Everything we thought and didn't think we needed was here! The wagon to pull to the beach and sand toys were very helpful. Very responsive and friendly host! P.s..I was tempted to try and take the bed home on the plane with me. 😉
