This impressive property was recently renovated, offering a brand-new interior throughout. The open floor plan features a large and inviting living space with new wood laminate flooring. From stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) to brand new dishes, silverware, and cookware, you’ll feel right at home in your vacation kitchen. We invite you to help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge, including plenty of condiments, coffee, and tea. The two main bathrooms have been expanded to include double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. The powder room has fun mosaic tile and is conveniently located right inside the door from the pool for easy access when you’re enjoying the backyard. Relax in the shade of an avocado tree. Walk to endless dining and shopping options in the heart of Sunset Junction and Virgil Village or dine outside on the private patio. Totally renovated and remodeled, our perfect Silver Lake bungalow retains lots of it's original 1922 charm. It has an open floor plan with wood flooring, recessed LED lighting, and Central AC/heating throughout. The full kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. GE gas range with oven and broiler. Microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space to prep your favorite meal. The bathroom is super swank with a large free standing tub and waterfall shower. Luxury. Please note the bathtub is VERY big. If you have any sort of mobility issue, message us before booking. The living/dining area has been decorated with a nod to mid-century California bungalow design. It has a wall mounted Sony flat screen TV, Bose stereo, and 5G WIFI to stream the AppleTV. It's a great space to lounge and enjoy meals and entertainment. The spacious master bedroom has an Organic King mattress and a 4 door walk-in closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. It gets lots of light during the day and has a blackout curtain over the headboard for when you need extra sleep. The 2nd bedroom is smaller than the master, but has plenty of space for a comfortable queen sized bed. It has a desk (for when it is time to get down to work). It's also appointed with a walk-in closet. The big backyard has both an avocado and orange tree. It is landscaped with native, drought resistant plants. With a lighted outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy an outdoor meal and drink, or just lounge in the California sun. You have access to the entire home. Including the driveway, front porch and back yard. Please note that the driveway is narrow, so only sedans and compact SUVs will fit. Send a text or message via the site for a quick response. The house is right in the middle of the Sunset Junction and Virgil Village neighborhoods of Silver Lake. It is one of the most vibrant, diverse and walkable locations in all of Los Angeles. Venture back in time in this tastefully appointed historical residence. First floor apartment is a quaint abode showcasing boutique furnishings and decor, contrasting textures and motifs, arched doorways, a covered front porch, and a walkout to the backyard. We are 20 minutes away from Legoland, also located near Wallkill, and an easy drive to Warwick and Patterson. Our home is eclectic and unique, placed in the historic district of pine bush. This home provides up to date appliances and cozy furnishings while still holding onto that good ol’ 1920’s feel. Plenty of room for dining in and an easy ride or walk to great food. This home is bright and cheery yet provides privacy and warmth. The entire first floor is your domain. With a private entrance and easy parking. The locked doors you will encounter is for your privacy. There are permanent renters above you, however they have their own entrance and are completely separate. Trust us you won’t need more space than what’s provided, very roomy with a closet in each room, as well as in the dining area. Up until your check in we are available to you through Airbnb with any questions or concerns you might have. After check in most vacationers prefer to hit the ground running and begin enjoying their stay, however for little bumps in the road a number will be provided in order to continue taking care of you. The property boasts easy access to hikes, Wallkill Farms, wineries, Legoland and is walking distance from multiple restaurants, antique shops, and more. We recommend renting a car. There is an initial aroma from the faucet, however it doesn’t last long and adjustments to that are in the process. We of course offer you filtered water for you and your family. This home is multiple stories which adds to its beautiful character. You and your family will be occupying the entire first floor. The upper level has permanent renters, however they have a separate entrance and are quiet, as well as accommodating.

Warm, relaxed home great for hanging out, cooking, spending time in front of the fireplace, or doing a bit of work. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with tubs, good lighting (one has a skylight) and spa towels and bath products. Coffee and tea included - brand new Keurig coffee maker with all you'll need for a great cup. In unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Guests will have access to the entire unit along with the convenient reserved off-street pull-in parking spot. I am available to help with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and to take care of anything that might go wrong. The Mount Pleasant neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and close to The White House, along with the metro, restaurants, and shops. Its location bordering the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park makes it attractive to both families and outdoor enthusiasts. The house is two blocks from the Metro, one block from 16th Street and it’s buses and Uber and Lyft have very fast pick-up response and inexpensive fares.
