Brandon’s place was just as described and absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beautiful ocean view, beach easily accessible, great pools on site, and close to many places we wanted to visit. Brandon was very responsive ans actually he was the one that reached out to us to make sure everything was going ok and we had everything we needed/wanted. Washer and dryer on site were super helpful! We will definitely be staying at Brandon’s & Amy’s again in the future!

What a wonderful night's stay. The suite was simple and honestly perfect. We were surrounded by trees and right next to a very quiet piece of the riverwalk. Took only a few minutes to walk to a scooter point and scooter to our date spot. The main house is only a few steps away where cold water, coffee and tea were always available. I woke up the next morning not feeling my best so my husband was going to go pick up the breakfast for us from the main house but they ended up bring it to our door! So sweet ❤️ the french toast was phenomenal. My husband and I can't wait to come back again and next time for more than one night. Thank you for a perfect date night 🌙

Michael was an amazing host! He met us in the lobby. Showed us our to our room and was an endless source of information. I will definitely be returning.

Clean, impeccably decorated, an adorable little “cottage” with a serene little yard. Cute town is within easy walking distance. We will be back. ❤️

This was a comfy place to stay with our teen boys. It has a full kitchen with more appliances and pans than we could imagine using in a short stay! The carriage-house is tastefully decorated and suitable for men and boys as well as women (as in not completely covered in cat prints and floral patterns - lol). The hosts, Mike and Barbara, are wonderfully thoughtful and gracious. They took the time to give us a tour of the Manor House. We enjoyed chatting with them.

Great hotel! Everything was so clean, the pressure of the water was everything, I loved the hot water, bed made daily, free breakfast and snacks! The breakfast was actually good and great options! Free shuttle to airport in the hour. It is near the airport so you will see and hear planes. Hotel is about 25/30mins from downtown. Great location. Only con: you must check in by 12am or contact host if arriving after 12am. Also you do have to pay for parking. Parking is 19$ a night. I will definitely be back.

This was our second stay here and our first family vacation with our baby and it was just as great as the first time. The place is so clean and organized, easy access to the beach, and Stephen and Deb were super helpful and responsive. The place is gorgeous and includes anything you might have forgotten or needed to stay. The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything you would need, as well. We highly, highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

This place had everything we needed. Cozy bed, extra blankets, fresh coffee, tv with all the streaming services, and much more. Perfect for couples. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed during memorial weekend. The location is perfect, walkable to Clearwater beach and the restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room its self is very clean- the pool is a bonus. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you ivory sands 😊

This place was super cute, and you have a pizza and ice cream shop underneath you! What more could you ask for? Excellent overnight stay with Family Dollar across the street and Walmart a mile away.

We had a great stay, good proximity to everything we wanted to do, we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was lovely, cosy, especially with 4 adults staying there, but we certainly weren’t tripping over each other. The decor was beautiful and in keeping with the period property and there was a lovely courtyard to sit in where we met others staying in the building, which was lovely, sharing stories and we met the owner, who was very charming and interesting. Thank you for a lovely week, would definitely return and recommend.

Great spot in New Orleans! We went to a show at the Orpheum and had no trouble walking there and back (we're in our mid-30s). The rooftop pool was a welcome experience after a day of biking the city with the occasional stop at our favorite local watering holes.

This is my go to condo when looking for a great stay in Perdido for my family! There is no other place like this one and no other host as friendly and helpful as Lexie! She goes above and beyond and that is why I will continue to book over and over again!

Great, clean, tidy, from the moment you enter the property it gives you a feeling of tranquility, the house is super equipped, everything you could possibly need is there, I loved that it had snacks (it was perfect for the children) and drinks (perfect after several hours on the road) the location is very comfortable. I made my reservation 10 minutes before I arrived. We arrived and it was already perfectly air-conditioned. It was as if they were waiting for us. The access instructions arrived super fast. Everything was perfect🤩. Really highly recommended, thanks to the hosts for such a nice accommodation 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🤩

It was an amazing place would definitely recommend to anyone, the only issue was the neighbors had a fight outside and the cops were there until midnight
