Very cute and clean home. We didn’t get to explore as much as we would like since we were there for a track meet but there are nice parks super close by.

We had a great time! Jim was super helpful and welcoming and the campground was beautiful. Lots of stuff to explore and friendly people. The camper was perfect and just like the photos and description!

What a fabulous place and stay. We will 100% be coming back annually. Our 6 year old daughter got to wake up, walk outside and pet horses or feed bunnies by hand. I can’t recommend this place or Helen enough. It’s an absolute gem and unique experience!

I loved the private entrance that we could access through the alley. Was quick to get in during the hailing thunderstorms! Which were often during our time there. Was quiet and enjoyed looking up at the stars at night with the front deck. They had clear instructions so it was easy to check in and check out. Jason and Meredith were very responsive. Great hosts highly recommend

Good people, It was awesome speaking to them and being in their space they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thankful for the kindness to my child as well who is very new to traveling and meeting new people. Everything is explained and how to use. Clean and not overwhelming, the farmers market and a great restaurant across from the bakery. They have a spice shop down the street as well. Pleasant neighbors and quiet. Amazing place - beautiful getaway, 10 minute drive to local BBQ, wineries, and more! Will be back to visit again. Tammy is one of the sweetest hosts and provides great local recommendations!

I had an amazing time! Even though it was a tent, it was spotless, private, and the AC worked better than mine at home. Will definitely be visiting again

This is a vintage camper. It’s what we needed, available last minute and for one night. The screened in patio it’s located in provided nice comfortable shelter. We felt safe here. Didn’t get to use the outdoor shower, but everything is as pictured. The coffee was good and there’s a large mini fridge. The toilet is plumbed to the waste line. Flushes well. We got to leave with a block of mushroom to grow. The garden is lovely. We’d stay here again.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it's exactly what we needed and definitely will be back again. The camper was charming, and peaceful. I loved all the animals and had plenty of pet therapy. We like to fish and we got some Bass and Brim. Very relaxing sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and lounging in the hot tub. Also a nice fire pit for making s'mores. The host thought of every detail and very hospitable.

My pups and I loved this sweet space for the weekend! The airstream lets in lots of natural light so you are able to enjoy the bucolic surroundings whether inside or outside, it was very tidy, and Ashley was so super sweet and friendly. We will be back!

This place was great for a few nights of tourism in Mobile. Super easy to get to and from. Very clean and fun for people who don’t normally stay in a RV!

Great, comfortable, relaxing place!

Lovely camper, clean, quiet, and with everything you might need. Also a nice fenced-in yard with a grill, fire pit, lights, and several chairs. Easy walking distance to retail area, and a delightful history museum (French Legation) just a few blocks away where I learned a good deal about Texas history. It was a very pleasant five night stay.

Camper was very clean and everything worked like it should. Would stay here again!

The stay was exactly as described and they reached out to see if we needed anything during the stay which was helpful! We had 2 kids with us and they loved the animals and the small pool.

As advertised, remote, unbelievable stars, very comfortable, nature of Texas very immediate. It is getting away from it all.

Elizabeth’s place was beautiful, and made our trip relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable. The views from every room were amazing and the boats passing by were great entertainment for the kids (and adults). There’s plenty of space and has everything you need. I really appreciated her quick responses and recommendations. We took a trip to the Tabasco Factory, per Elizabeth’s recommendation and had an amazing time. I highly recommend Elizabeth’s home for your next stay. I hope to be back myself!

I’ve never “glamped” before so I really didn’t know what to expect. And given the fact that I’m a 75 yo widow and was staying alone I’ll admit I was a little nervous about how remote the location is and the fact that my son was 10 mins away did give me pause the first night. The RV’s close proximity to a neighbor made me feel better and after my initial trepidation I felt completely comfortable there. Plus Curtis and Amber had provided absolutely every single thing anyone could want or need! The RV is decorated with loving care to all the details! Curtis checked in with me via a phone call just minutes after I entered the RV and called to thank me for choosing their facility within a short time after I checked out. He was very helpful about relaying info about the River conditions and even some advice about any pets I may have brought along. Since my son’s family lives in Smithville I will be visiting them often and will definitely stay in the River RV each time! Thanks Curtis & Amber!

had a wonderful stay. got down early and she recommended the BEST sushi place. the rv was perfect and clean the walk to the water behind it was done daily - i didn’t want to go home. can’t wait for my next visit down. i know where i’ll be staying!!!! thank you so much for EVERYTHING
