Monthly Rentals in Sedalia

The property was beautiful! The drive up was difficult at times which other reviews warned of that, and no fault to the owner. 4x4 is recommended especially when it rains! Cliff did go and fix the road for us after it rained which was so appreciative! He was very responsive when or if we had questions or issues. Everything was clean my only complaint was to have more towels which he did offer to bring more we just didn’t want to bother him.

This stay was lovely! It’s a private loft with easy access to Sedalia and Castle Rock. As listed, there is no AC, just a cooling unit. It was fine for our stay in early June but may be a bit toasty for a summer stay. Colby was responsive and a very accommodating host! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the home. Quiet, beautiful surroundings and a pleasant drive into Denver made this stay well worth it.

Great stay by the South Platte River. Probably the only Airbnb in the area = the price. Big hill to drive up to get to property
