The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Little rest ranch

You won’t forget the full of life surroundings of this rustic little farm. Between the sheep and chickens singing a happy tune, horse coming to the edge of the fence to say hello there is lots of movement here. This RV has view of the lower section of the property facing national forest overlooking the horses. Our property sits on 5.5 acres with hikes right off property. Celebrated my 40th birthday at Zack's place with family and friends and it was wonderful. The location and views are beautiful and the house is fairly close to Red Rocks which was our primary reason for choosing the location. Zach was responsive when we had inquiries, the price was fair and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time.
