Townhome holiday rentals in San Antonio River

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb's I’ve stayed at! Both townhouses were super clean and felt practically brand new. The furniture was stylish and comfy, and the beds were awesome. The neighborhood felt really safe—being a block from the main police station definitely helped—and it’s only five minutes from the Riverwalk. Communication was smooth, and all the instructions were super easy to follow. Would 100% stay here again!

If you want a cozy place that’s got cozy hime vibes, this is for you. The moment we walked in, we felt so at home . It has that vintage Texas vibe going on, decorated so simple and kinda boho Texas like. It is far away enough from the city, yet close enough to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant or go to Schlitterbahn(like 20 minutes away). We really enjoyed the view of Canyon lake from the patio. That was pretty cool! I recommend this place as it’s super comfy, close to New Braunfels, it was super clean , and had more pillows and extra bedding than needed.

This is a very lovely condominium and a private condo community. It is well furnished but all the modern comforts you would expect. It is located a nice walk or short drive from historical Gruene Texas. You will enjoy the quietness and privacy of this community.

Loved this Airbnb! Suzanne was able to accommodate us with just a couple of hours' notice (initial Airbnb did not work out). Her responses were immediate and very friendly!! Her place is a townhouse, but we saw maybe one other person and never heard neighbors through the walls. Everything was very clean, with plentiful towels and great kitchen amenities. I was especially thankful to find a built-in shower seat and handheld shower head in the master bath! It made showering my disabled son so much easier AND he was safe at night because the bedroom he stayed in with me had a child safety handle! He did get up once and I did not hear him until he started trying to get out but could not! The couches are super comfy with plenty of blankets. The beds were comfortable as well! The 2-car garage was amazing to have! I've stayed in almost 30 Airbnb's, and I've never had a garage! Great for ease in getting groceries and luggage in as well as when raining. Thank you Suzanne! We will be back!!

Felipe was a great host! The house was exactly how the description listed it, and he made the arrival and departure instructions very clear. It was close enough to make short drives to places, and I was able to go on some walks while I was there. I would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful townhouse in a great location. It was easy walking distance to a nice coffee shop (Merit), a bookstore (Nowhere Bookshop), and an easy drive to the San Antonio Zoo, San Antonio Botanical Garden, and the McNay Art Museum. and several really nice restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe and we enjoyed walking around in the morning. Sue was very responsive to all of our messages and helped us to feel welcome as guests.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. It was fun being located near Pearl district. The beds were comfortable. The accommodations were clean and as described. We hope to visit again soon.

Paula was super patient with us and helped us during check in and walked us through the key code pad. She was so friendly & responds pretty much immediately! Will definitely stay here or at her other properties again!

The living room was very comfortable with excellent Wi-fi access and Smart TV reception. The beds were very comfortable, with a generous supply of pillows and linens. Since we were there for three weeks, it was especially lovely to have access to the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, and dishcloths. The location was within a 15-minute drive of every type of restaurant, shopping area, and tourist attraction. If we ever need to stay in San Antonio again, this Airbnb will be our choice.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Amanda’s hospitality made our family’s transition from overseas to the U.S. so much easier. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Traveling with two young children, we appreciated how spacious and kid-friendly the home was. The cozy and inviting atmosphere made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed, and the fast internet and streaming-ready TV made downtime enjoyable. The central location made it easy to access grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials. We’re so grateful for such a smooth and comfortable experience—thank you again, Amanda!

Had a lovely time staying at Sarah's place. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for all of our planned activities. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and secure. Sarah was very responsive to our questions and let us know of highway closures and traffic in the area. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Will definitely book Sarah's place again in the future.

This is a great place, close to everything. Comfortable and clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay. Two things to keep in mind when you book: 1) There’s a shared wall and we would sometimes hear the neighbors. 2) It’s right across from Fort Sam Houston, so expect two bugle calls a day. They didn’t bother us but worth knowing ahead of time.

The place was exactly as described and entirely consistent with the pictures. The location was perfect for our needs.

We were in town for graduation. And it was close not only to the venue, but major highways and downtown. Great restaurants, shopping and activities. We really appreciated our host going out of their way to help us with an issue we encountered (NOTHING to do with the listing itself). Honestly, the place was clean, comfy and quiet. Would recommend as it has all the necessary amenities (washer/dryer/iron/fully stocked kitchen,etc.) and the location is close to riverwalk. Lots to do. Would stay again.

We had a very nice day at this Airbnb. It was very clean and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The host communicated very quickly even when I didn’t read the address correctly.! I would go back for the bed alone! We slept like a baby

Pretty much new house with Marriott quality pillows and blankets. It was impressive.

Place was adorable and the individual mini splits for each room keep things cool and comfortable with clear instructions on how to work the units for the best way to keep the areas comfortable. Kitchen & dining areas was very usable and well supplied. Beds were very comfortable and with plenty of towels. The downstairs bedroom was a bonus for us. My mother who only had to walk up the stairs the living area and not to the third floor to sleep, which also its own bathroom and temperature control. I would recommend this place to stay while staying in San Antionio and extremely close to the river walk and St Paul Square.

The pictures didn’t do this place justice! It was the perfect place for my family to stay for Army medic graduation. It was close to base, quaint, had an open floor plan, and was the perfect size. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals during the trip! It was clean, Daniel was responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to hang out in such a lovely space. Even got to experience being woken up by the neighbor’s roosters for the first time! It gave us quite the chuckle. Overall, it was a fantastic visit and I would stay here again!
