House holiday rentals in San Antonio River

Kim’s place was great for our long family weekend. The primary reason we went on this trip was for Seaworld and this house was a very easy drive to it. The kids loved the pool and we got a lot of use out of it. The house was nice and clean and we felt like we had everything we needed there. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from the start. We were welcomed with thoughtful snacks in the movie room, which was such a nice touch. The entire place was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained — we truly felt right at home. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely book again! Five stars all the way!

2nd time staying here at it was absolutely wonderful. Phillip goes out of his way and assists you anytime. Great place! Pictures do not do this lovely place any justice. I will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a great time at Jessica’s place! Jessica was extremely friendly and communicative. Her place is just as pictured only better as it is so well stocked with kitchen, bar, bath and pool amenities. We loved the indoor and outdoor swings/hammocks and the pool was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thanks for such a fabulous stay!

The house was beautiful, pristine, and very clean. The pool was spectacular—deeper than expected, which was great! Parking was also a breeze thanks to the spacious driveway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location is conveniently close to grocery stores. You can tell the property is very well maintained. A couple of things to note: While the amenities list includes items like shampoo and conditioner, most were travel-sized. This was a bit inconvenient for our large group, so make sure to bring your own. Also, the house has only two bathrooms. It’s clearly stated in the listing, but we overlooked it assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since the home accommodates up to 12 guests. Sharing two bathrooms among a big group meant a lot of waiting for showers, which wasn’t ideal. It's just something to think about if you have a larger group like we did. That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely overall, it's a great spot and I would happily return in the future!

We loved our stay! The place had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool—perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Would definitely book again!

We were in town for my Dad's funeral and I explained that we would have visitors coming to bring food and pay respects. They were very understanding. My Mom loved the place and said we should come back. The art deco motif is beautiful! I also loved the gas stove although I didn't cook! This place is saved as a favorite!

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay. The small added features were amazing. We locked ourselves out at 1:45 in the morning coming in from a wedding and thought for sure we were not going to get anyone, and Monica was PHENOMENAL. Responded quickly and we got back in. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We would definitely stay again.

Diego's place was perfect for my stay during Fiesta. Spacious, clean, and the vibe of the place was great. Ping pong table was also a plus!

Jennifer and Troy’s place was actually our last resort at finding an Airbnb very last minute. Multiple Airbnb’s had canceled prior and I didn’t know what my friends and I were going to do. We had concert tickets and all of the things we pre-paid to do in San Antonio. I requested a visit with Jennifer and Troy and they were super flexible! I booked a day prior to our trip and the stay was amazing! They were so communicative, helpful and their Airbnb was so homey. My friends and I were so thankful that we got to stay at a place like this with such short notice. We would absolutely come back and stay here again!

What a lovely home! We went for a weekend with friends and loved it. The home is very well set up and cozy- has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable! We were close to so many great spots- highly recommend!

Kylie is an amazing host who provides clear and easy instructions . Very responsive and is hospitable. The cozy place close to the city is an accurate description. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The space was clean and put together well. The space was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would look to book to stay here again whenever in the San Antonio area.

Place felt right at home. Made it easy for my 80 yr old mother to feel comfortable. Thanks for everything

Jacklyn hands down has one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Her home was as described. Her communication skills are excellent! My family and I will not hesitate staying here again when visiting San Antonio. My sleep was peaceful both nights here and this was very much needed after a day of driving and a full day worth of track meets. Thank you so much Jacklyn!!!!

Great home! Stayed for a weekend to explore San Antonio with our family and pup. The park is across the street which was very convenient for our morning walks. The area seems a bit sketchy but the home itself is safe and kept clean. The drive to downtown is quick and easy to get to our new favorite coffee shop.. Eight Ball Coffee.

Was a very nice place at an affordable cost! Very smooth check in process and checking out was very easy as well. We would definitely be happy to stay again!

The house was perfect for our family of 6- and kid-friendly! The inside of the house was thoughtfully designed by both the builder and the host. The living areas are open-concept, with plush furniture. There is also a nice office with double glass doors. The kitchen is big. The pool is everything it's cracked up to be as well- imagine a resort-like setting, surrounded by greenery on 3 sides. Private! Luxurious! We loved the bathroom and pool towels right inside of the pool house. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Jordan was a wonderful host- responsive, kind, and proactive. We couldn't have asked for more. We would come back!

Great place to stay when you're in town for a few days!
