Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Antonio River

The home is charming and was a great fit for me and my daughters. The patio in the back was great we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place! Although our Shakira concert was called what really made up for that disappointment was the that we got a chill vibey place to come back to! We will definitely come back if we come back in town. So clean. The details of everything is what set it to the top! Definitely recommend! 😌

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. Wade went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were also many thoughtful touches, like board games and cornhole for us to enjoy. The host was incredibly friendly and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great experience!

This was our second time to stay here and we will stay here again! The place is lovely-lots of amenities, quiet, very clean, very comfortable bed, and a spa-level walk-in shower. It is a short walk to several restaurants. Hoda is a great host!

This is a gem in my opinion! Great place, very clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. It’s close to the river walk, Alamo, etc. it is fenced so you can leave your dogs out to play and it has a private driveway for your car. Hosts were very responsive which made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this place. I’d stay here again

Great location for enjoying San Antonio - easy access from i10, quick trip to sea world and the river walk. House was very cute, kids enjoyed the theatre and we all spent alot of time in the backyard. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We are looking forward to planning another trip.

Susanne went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I on a very short notice. The bungalow is a perfect stay for two, located few minutes from the Pearl area in San Antonio. We received a warm welcome with baked goods she prepared for us. Susanne literally will make you a better person while staying at her place. From the chicken coop to the recycling instructions she shows to care for not only her guests, but Mother Earth! We truly enjoyed our stay! Gracias Susanne! Book it yall.

Very nice place in a residential area. Very clean and convinient to restaurants, grocery stores etc...We absolutely loved it and Aaron was very responsive. Anyting we needed, he was on it.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

Very Clean and Hospitable Environment for San Antonio and The Property was Quiet and Clean

Nice and clean on the inside and outside space reminded me of back home in Jamaica, I sat outside under the tree ate a mango and enjoyed the shade. Host was responsive and provided lots of drinking water and small essentials I definitely recommend and would go back

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Overall, a nice place. It was clean and well decorated. It's not too far from downtown and there are a lot of things to do in the area. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend staying there!

Great studio in an awesome location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Apartment is one street over from a commercial area with lots of places to go, but is in a quiet neighborhood with many beautiful older homes surrounding the condo. It is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. Place is small, but very well organized and comfortable for two people. Nice backyard patio.
