Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in San Antonio River

We really enjoyed our stay at Richie's condo in San Antonio. I was a little worried about the LATCH app but it was actually really easy to use and we felt it added an extra layer of security. The location is perfect- ON the Riverwalk - great for touring and so close to restaurants and nightlife. Also, conveniently there is a fabulous Sushi restaurant next door. Upon entry, the condo is beautifully and professionally decorated and very clean. The view from the deck is a lovely view of the riverwalk and pool. Richie's condo had everything you could possibly need -cookware, blow dryer ironing board- you name it. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool, which enhanced our stay. Thank you for hosting a wonderful accommodation!

Beautiful home, and great host!

Super lovely place and right near all the shops. I stayed here for a wedding that was near the riverwalk so super convenient. The place was very well maintained and clean, easy to find as well.

Lovely place, a little hiccup with being provided the incorrect lockbox code to get the key to the airbnb, but the hosts more than made up for it by communicating quickly, something they did well throughout the course of our stay. The unit and pool were amazing and very clean and the location was quiet and generally easy to get into.

The place is located along the riverwalk, which was very convenient. It looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Santiago was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions! We had a great stay!

Very nice and complete appartement on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you need and more (gym and pool). Marking is free and available. My only problem when arriving was to find the apartment in the complex. Must have been the very long flight

This was our second stay here and we’re booked for a third stay. The location is close to everything. The hosts are so responsive. Check-in is very easy. We love this place! Highly recommend!

This was an excellent apartment for our stay in San Antonio during a convention. The place was very spacious, had three decent sized bedrooms each with their own en suite and everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you - we’ll be back again!

I had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal, and the space itself was beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really was one of the best stays we’ve had on the Comal. This place was spotlessly clean, quiet, yet right on the river with everything going on. Top floor was very nice for views and a great breeze on the balcony in the evenings. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Everything was in working order and kept up nicely. We would stay here again.

Loved the condo looks like it had been upgraded recently, perfect view on the balcony, very clean, and great front desk service. Was at the end of the river walk so it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still very close to all the things to do. 100% will book again!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was very well appointed and has everything we needed for a great stay while away from home. Chris was awesome and communicated well. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We were happy with the restaurants and river walk area that were steps away. Excellent host and very nice accommodations and neighborhood.

Had a lovely stay overall. Loved how private it was and how close to H-E-B. The basketball hoop and pool were a hit and nice for our kids. The puzzles were nice also. We appreciated the pool for the cost we just hate due to missed cleaning day access was shortened by 3 days of our 6 nights but there was inclement weather at night during our stay that very well could have impacted the pool cleaners availability. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again and would recommend. 😁

Second stay at Derrick’s home. Very spacious and felt right at home. Be cognizant of the traffic during the week, but access to groceries and other stores are pretty easy to get to. The gym is always an added bonus!!!

Art’s place was great! Loved the area, loved the property. Everything was as described. Super close to everything we needed! It was one of our greatest stays ever!

The entire home was beautiful & the amenities were superb! Lots of things for the kids to do & they loved the pool! Highly recommend this place! He went above & beyond to make it feeling like home away from home! Couldn’t have been happier with all of it, everything was excellent!

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Close to town and the River Walk area. We were very happy with the accommodations. The house was extremely clean and had everything a family would need. The separate guest suite was nice and provided a quiet retreat for the grandparents. There was a wonderful coffee shop and restaurants that we could walk to.

Game room was a nice surprise. House was very clean! Had bathroom supplies & dish soap & plenty of dishes.

Neida’s place was nice and a short drive from the RiverWalk and several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. If I were in San Antonio again, I would love to stay here again. Thanks!

My family of four and two dogs had plenty of room, the property is absolutely beautiful, the casita was clean and Jannine was a wonderful host. Will definitely be coming back!
