Place was perfect. View was Gorgeous. Pool was great and the beach was amazing.

If you do not stay with Coral, then you are not doing yourself service. Her place is just as the pictures show, has excellent amenities and a great location. My wife has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and was very impressed. Don’t miss out. Stay with Coral. You won’t be disappointed.

What a gorgeous view! We loved sitting out on the balcony eating at the cute table and chairs out there. The Apt. has everything you need. The bed was very comfy, nice kitchen and bathroom, lovely décor, with many special touches. We rented a car, and it was so nice to have a free parking spot in the garage. The pool and hot tub were very nice, and Isla Verde beach is so beautiful with nice sand, and it is a great beach to walk on. Pueblo supermarket and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Coral was great! Very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend renting from her and we hope to again!

I found this place to be extremely clean, comfortable and perfectly located! The attention to detail and the view were spectacular! We received fast / straight to the point responses on all of our inquiries. Definitely recommend this place for one or two guests.

Everything clean and details that add up

Tastefully decorated. Well kept and very clean. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Beautiful ocean view room from the balcony. She provides a lot of amenities for your use. Responds to your messages. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and would definitely love to come back. The pool is very big, hot tub and friendly staff. Coral is a great host.

Location was great. AC worked very well. Everything was as expected. Alexis was very helpful and answered always quickly. The neighborhood is pretty lively so if you’re light sleeper you might want to take that into account. Didn’t bother us that much. Alexis also provided earplugs which was awesome.

This location can not be beat! It’s on a gorgeous street nearby some of the best restaurants in Old San Juan. You can get anywhere in Old San Juan in about ten minutes. The space itself was absolutely perfect for one person. It does get a bit loud as it is on a busy street and above a garage door, but the hosts offer earplugs and a sound machine to make the stay more peaceful. It was great and I hope to return someday!

Alexis was very helpful when it came to recommending things to do locally. The space was clean and spacious. We loved that it was keyless entry and that we were right in the middle of old San Juan. There were so many restaurants/bars as well as local shops that we easily walked to. We also walked to the beach and Castillo de San Cristóbal fort in less than 10 minutes! There were plenty of extra towels and toiletries if we needed them. There was a sound machine and ear plugs to drown out the street noise and we slept like babies! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Awesome location in old San Juan. Literally you can’t beat it! It’s close to everything!!!! Like 2-3 blocks close. Alexis was extremely responsive and flexible, allowing us to extend the reservation to stay one extra night. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!

Great location right in the center of Old San Juan. Everything was in walking distance. Alexis was great with communication and recommendations. When there was an issue with water being turned off in the area Alexis was prompt with his response on how to help and explained the situation. It was fixed right away but it was great to feel like he cared. I would definitely recommend staying here.

If you’re wondering if you should book Felix’s place, do it! This studio is better than a hotel room—incredibly sleek, unbelievably clean and boasting an incredible view. Felix’s recommendations only added to our trip! The beach is less than a block away, and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. Book it, you won’t regret it!

This place exceeded all of our expectations. Classically gorgeous grounds; spacious, clean, and modern on the inside. Oscar was so kind and accommodating to us; he went above and beyond not just by upgrading us the best available room but also by giving us the best recommendations for nightlife. Just around the corner, there's a stylish rooftop patio bar and a truck that sells ceviche and empanadas that were cheap and delicious. The house is a short walk away from a main street with many choices for restaurants, and a large supermarket. We found this Italian grocery store that sold great coffees and food (we got Puerto Rican food souvenirs here). Its close to the water near the highrise hotels, which has a really pretty bridge over the water. Also, if you're up for the walk, you can walk to Old San Juan in an hour - long but easy and scenic.

Excellent location, near old San Juan and the County. Quiet street. The house is very beautiful and clean.

Perfect place..

I stayed at Felix for 9 nights. The rooms are small but comfortable. Everything you need to live is available. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, souvenirs, used clothing stores, 99 cent shops and much more on the street. Neighbors are just good people. I didn't feel any danger at night. Felix is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries. And because Felix's home is on the other side, I was relieved! ! Thank you Felix! Very good memories in Puerto Rico! !

Economical & good neighborhood.

Felix is an outstanding host! The space is clean, comfortable, efficient, and most importantly - centrally located in an awesome, vibrant neighborhood right by the beach and plenty of great restaurants. I enjoyed my visit and I will be back. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for me and for my time in Puerto Rico. The studio is small as described, but had everything I needed: bed (sofa-bed), bathroom, shower, small table, fridge, etc. It can get a bit warm, but it is advertised that there is no AC. The ceiling fan worked just fine for me. There are plenty of places to eat at, grab some drinks, do some shopping, grab coffee at walking distance (calle Loíza). My trip to Puerto Rico was not to spend it in an air-conditioned hotel room or pool - so this was a great spot for me. Great value and you get to see more of the local environment instead of the touristy side. I would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, great location!

Well, this was actually my second time staying at Felix's studio, so I think that speaks for itself! I first stayed here in January 2017, enjoyed my stay, so I chose to stay here again for my second visit to San Juan. Felix is a fantastic host- quick to reply with any advice or questions, happy to offer any info you'd like about Puerto Rico. I have to say, I'd learned new things about Puerto Rico during both visits from Felix. The studio itself is small, ideal for one person or two people who don't mind being in very close quarters. The basics are there, the studio is clean. The beach is a short walk away, as well as some great restaurants. Check-in/check-out is about as easy as it gets. I love Old San Juan, but I much prefer the realness of staying in the residential areas, such as here. I'm a solo female traveler and have had no issues feeling unsafe there or walking down the street after dark. Also, if you are a cat lover like me, you will not be disappointed as there are a few who live around the property (outside). I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay more off the beaten path from the bustling tourists in OSJ. I will stay here again and I am already looking forward to the next time I am able to visit. Thanks a million, Felix!

Felix is a gracious host who went above and beyond to help me out. I appreciate him. The space is exactly as described. It is small but it has all the basics that you’ll need. It is close to both restaurants and the beach which is lovely. Be aware that this is a densely packed neighborhood and some neighbors make more noise than others.

Félix is a great host. The house is what I expected, great value for the location. You're down the street from nightlife and food, and a couple blocks away from the beach. If you need anything, Félix is across the street or a text/phone call away. Thanks for everything, Félix! I had a great time.

Ricky was great! I loved the air bnb! there was no trouble checking in. Close to all the good spots and beaches only 20 min drive from everything!!! I loved how secure it was and the personal parking spot. everything was great and easy to access!

Ricky's space is great. About a 10-15mins uber ride away(and affordable) from all the fun places to visit in San Juan.

Great place, close to local pharmacies and gas stations. Hidden inside a side street so keep an eye out when finding the place. Very secure, comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect location and a beautiful apartment, Lidy was really easy to communicate with and the place is a minute from a parking garage, so convenient. Will definitely try to stay there again when returning to Old San Juan!

Lidy’s apartment is in walking distance from everything Old San Juan. The high ceilings and open air hallways wrap around the Spanish courtyard below. Palm trees and tiled flooring remind you you’re in the colonial heart of the city. Lidy was a helpful host and quite responsive over text. We didn’t see much of one another during my four-night stay. I felt as if the immense apartment was mine alone. Though it’s a block from the docks and near restaurants and nightlife, it was quiet and serene inside on the second floor. Highly recommended!

Lidy was a great host really friendly and very helpful. The apartment is a lovely spacy, open and relaxing in the heart of the Old Town.

Lidy's place is in the perfect spot for exploring Old San Juan. From the very beginning Lidy gave me tips on where to park, and he was quick to respond to questions. For lunch he gave a great recommendation for food close to the apartment as well as where to go for groceries. The actual place is cozy, clean and has everything you need. It made me very nostalgic of visits to other tropical countries as a child. Our only regret is we stayed 1 night and wish we had stayed longer to explore the rest of Old San Juan (and San Juan in general) and to get to know Lidy more!

Perfect location for exploring old San Juan. Many shops, restaurants and near cruise terminals 1-4. This particular lodging is however not suitable if there is mobility issues as there are numerous stairs to enter. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our host. The fan in the room was an extra special touch!

This place was clean and easy to find. The space was simple, but it had everything we needed. The true value of this place is the location! You are moments from a beautiful beach- walking there could not be more convenient! Also, there is a great bakery and restaurant nearby called Kasalta; President Obama once ate there! Thank you Jorge and Gabriel for a pleasant stay.

This is within 5 min walk to the beach, and with several levels of security, we felt very safe. It is also close to the highway which was a plus as we took several trips outside of San Juan. We enjoyed breakfast in the cozy outdoor area. We did not mind the limited space as we were there to enjoy activities and the outdoors.

Amazing find! Less than 1 block from the beach and a 5 min walk to “restaurant row.” He made perfect recommendations for dinner and the ad doesn’t describe how close this place is to the beach. Love how secure it is too, that was a positive for us also. Definitely would stay here again.

Jorge's place is RIGHT on the beach. I would say maybe a 3 min walk total? The beach in that area is very nice and clean and the Kite surfers are out, making the people watching SO awesome! The studio apartment was a really great value. Check in was a breeze, we felt very safe, and there is even auto lights that light the way at night, which, as a cis woman - I found extremely priceless. The apartment has a good sized fridge, espresso maker, stove, A/C, and all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very nice as well. I felt safe walking after dark and there were a lot of places to eat within walking distance! Our favorite was the vegetarian cafe! All in all I would definitely recommend again!

Jorge's place is in a gated community, which makes you feel very safe. Plenty of street parking at all times and walkable to any location in Ocean Park. If you need an affordable place in the area for a night, a recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay in San Juan for a lower cost alternative for conferences in the convention center/old San Juan/hotel area. Very central location and east to get wherever you need to go, and a comfortable place to come back to each day.

T's place was as described! A little difficult to find at first but once found its easy to go to and from the airbnb. It was a little difficult to bring my luggage up but thats my own fault for packing so much. The air conditioning wifi and hot air worked perfectly. Felt safe and perfectly at home! Very accommodating as well! would stay here again in the future!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we had the best time. The shower overlooks the lush courtyard, the bedroom swing has twinkle lights wrapped around the post, We were supplied with everything we needed and the location was exactly as described, clean and easy to find and check in. We would easily and readily recommend this room in this home!

We can’t praise Karl’s place enough! It was clean, trendy, and in the perfect location! We were able to get free parking directly across the street. Karl was a very responsive host and worked well with us when we had to reschedule. He answered immediately when we had questions. Karl’s place made our stay in OSJ perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SANSE 2020!!!!!!!!!! Casa Moderna was by far the best AirBnB in Old San Juan!!! Clean, modern, perfect location and the best part was the balcony overlooking OSJ. Karl is a kind and gracious host and helped us during a little predicament on our vacation. He is quick to respond to your text or phone calls and is truly an amazing host. We will definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking apartment!!!

This place was everything I expected and more. The pictures does it no justice. It’s much nicer in person. The location was great... right on the beach and close to stores, airport and restaurants. George provides a lot of helpful equipment and other necessities. Worth every penny!

I had an amazing experience at this stay, I wish I could’ve even stood for longer. Walking distance to the beach and pool, even all the restaurants/fast foods. Everything was clean and we found lots of cool amenities in the closets for example the board games, sun block, beach chairs, towels, and the view from the balcony was awesome as well. Would definitely be coming back here. Thank you again George!

The space is very modern and super clean! It is definitely as shown in pictures, but when you see it in person, it wows even more. The beach is right behind and there are many food options around. Having a free parking spot is great if you plan to rent a car. Check in instructions are clear. George had reached out when we booked to let us know about the earthquakes, which was a very nice thing of him to do.

Loved George’s place! It was clean, right on the beach, and easy access to great restaurants. We rented a car and the parking spot was perfect. Highly recommend! Also, George is super responsive and helpful.

This place was absolutely perfect for our NYE trip to Puerto Rico. It’s very close to the airport and only 10-15 minutes from Old San Juan. Having the direct access to the beach with all the beach accessories you’d need included (chairs, umbrella, coolers, even toys and life jackets for kids if you have them). The apartment looks just as pictured with really cool lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. There is a small grocery store as well as a CVS and a couple fast food options directly across the street. There is a larger grocery store about a 5 minute drive away if you are looking to buy a lot of food. We only planned to cook breakfast during our stay and was able to find everything we needed just from crossing the street! George was great with communication before and during our stay. He even went out of his way to have the apartment cleaned earlier to accommodate our early flight. I will definitely book this space again for future trips to Puerto Rico!

Nice place

This place is clean and awesome. It is close to the airport and other locations are accessible by rental or Uber. If you’re like me be prepared to spend money on Uber rides. I didn’t realize how much they would total up to but overall I had a great time. Also if you are a light sleeper like I am be sure to have headphones or earplugs bc the animal sounds in the night and the rooster in the early am will wake you right up! Great place, great value, beautiful neighborhood!

This splendid apartment in San Juan is perfect for the solo traveler. Located in a working class neighborhood, it is in walking distance to a mercado (Econo), a pharmacy and a bakery (Lamberty's), that serves daily breakfast and lunch. If you walk a little further, you will come to a Sullivans BBQ and several Subways. If you're a walker, you won't mind. Uber is by far the cheapest method of travel, when compared to taxis. Public transportation is sporadic at best. Major attractions such as Plaza Las Americas and the Mall of San Juan are easily accessible as is Old San Juan, a most beautiful place--- and definitely "a must see." The hosts were attentive and provided a very comfortable environment along with a list of popular PR attractions, with distances and approximate travel times. They made it feel like a home away from home with a microwave, a small fridge (for the basics), a coffee pot and utensils. The apartment has a private entrance which offers a sense of security. A great stay for sure!

Ricardo’s place was perfect for a quick night stay. It is very clean! The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

I recommend everyone to stay here but this place would be perfect for two or one travelers because the place is small. This place is walking distance to the beach and to other places. There are beach chairs available to be used when you are at the beach which comes in handy. You have La Placita right around the corner where you can go grab a delicious meal or have a night out. If you end up being there a weekend, you are in luck because that is when La Placita is the best time. The place is cozy and comfy. The building is a quiet residential building so just be mindful of the noise you make when you coming home late after a night out. There were a few hiccups but it was all resolved thank you to the amazing hosts. I would definitely would love to stay at this place again in the future!

This apartment is perfect for a stay in San Juan. It is walking distance to much of the city and only a short Uber anywhere else. The apartment has everything you will need for a fun week in PR, and the hosts are very responsive!

This studio was clean, perfect location for what we were looking for, bed was very comfortable and Host was very nice to leave us a couple of local beers in the fridge for our arrival. Boho chic studio space. 5 studios there, most stay one to a few days. Nice to meet people. Sylvia and Pablo are very helpful and responsive. Pablo does tours all over the island. Snorkeling was great!

Very nice place. Outdoor shower, with warm, not hot water, but it was fine for my needs. The spiral staircase is narrow, so pack accordingly or you will have a hard time fitting. It was nice having breakfast in the mornings. I am already missing the coquoi frogs singing at night.

Our stay in the treehouse was absolutely amazing! The space was beautifully curated, with thoughtful touches, and comfort in mind. Waking up every day was a dream. We enjoyed delicious coffee every morning on our private deck in the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a fun element. The treehouse is close to the beach, where we spent most of our time. The communal kitchen and outdoor space was gorgeous. Shout out to Jose who was super helpful and sweet, he made us truly feel at home. We loved it and can't wait to return!

This space was really relaxed and laid back. The room was adorable and the outdoor shower awesome. The downstairs garden / hang out space was beautiful and having access to the hotel for breakfast was amazing! Food incredible. So close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here if your comfortable with minimal and cozy amenities and are willing to be a bit adventurous getting around on foot. A car is an option but walking and getting to know the neighborhood is way more fun.

Sylvia’s place is a must-see! It was my favorite experience in my 8 days in Puerto Rico by far. She has amazing taste, amenities and recommendations. The outdoor space is so cool and welcoming. The hammocks, fountain, outdoor kitchen, and lights definitely exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the outdoor showers! It was in the middle of all of the action. Jose was very welcoming and attentive to our needs as well. We would highly recommend her place and can’t wait to check out her hotel, the Dreamcatcher, nearby. If you stay here you can enjoy the amenities of the hotel, which is less than a block from the beach and has yoga, delicious breakfast and massages available. Exactly what we needed getting in late to San Juan. Close to the airport, easy self-check-in, spacious room with its own bathroom.

All was very good. As a recommendation, clean the outskirts (patio) of the house since there was too much garbage and the first impression is not very good but as for everything else it was excellent.

Ricardo and Jeamaly were amazing, communicative hosts. Super helpful and responsive when I had questions. Their place was the perfect fit for my first night in San Juan, when all I really needed was a mini fridge and a bed and the ease of a self check-in. Check-in was seamlessly easy, and the location was perfect (not far from the airport, and easy access to the highway to get to my next destination). Those that are light sleepers or not familiar with Puerto Rico may want to keep in mind that there are free-roaming chickens on the island and the roosters are early risers and loud. Ricardo and Jeamaly thoughtfully provided earplugs to that effect. Muchísimas gracias, Ricardo y Jeamaly. Fue un placer, y se le recomiendo a quién necesite un lugar en San Juan.

Will recommend. Easy drive to the airport. And yes, do use the earplugs as the roosters can be a little loud especially if you’re a light sleeper. If you’re renting a car, then get the prepaid toll for sure.

great central location, stayed ih December, so this is my second time. best to have rental car but even using uber would be ok. a/c works well. there are earplugs provided but roosters didn't bother me,especially since I was running a/c.

The room is really comfortable with great amenities. I appreciated the fridge and the nice shower, especially. Ricardo's mother Evelyn greeted me and she is amazing. She took me to the mall to get food and then to a zumba class in a park. It was so fun.

Great in location, everything is walkable , McDonald’s , cvs , Walgreens , local food spots, & medicinal dispensary . Didn’t get a chance to use the pool & jacuzzi but next I’m deff getting in.

Great place to stay in San Juan

Jesus's place is great. The location is excellent, nearby Calle Loiza's many restaurants and bars. The beach is only a few blocks away. It was spacious, sparkling clean, and had thoughtful touches like beach towels and sunscreen (although we had brought our own). When we encountered a temporary noise issue (that was not the fault of Jesus) he was quick to respond. We would be very glad to stay at Jesus's place again.

Most definitely will be utilizing this space my next time in PR. Jesus and his cohosts were very responsive and courteous. The space was exactly as advertised; being in PR for the first time, especially on a solo trip, it made things much less stressful knowing I was close to so many things whether entertainment, food, convenience store, etc.

All was good at Jesus's place! Good location, nice space and touches, and and comfy bed. A/C worked great. 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful beach. Would stay there again! A+

Jesus's place was fabulous! Everything you could possibly need for a quick stay. The bed is huge and SOOO comfortable. Perfect separate areas versus the other places we've stayed that's just a big room with bathroom and small kitchen attached. The area here is separated with a door to the bathroom and separate living/bedroom area with a bathroom in between. The location is perfect! Beach was only a few block down hill and had tons of activities and not super busy. We enjoyed watching the super bowl at Cavalera which was delicious and such friendly staff with great prices compared to the places right across from Jesus's place. There was tons of places to eat and drink and get snacks all around. Wonderful coffee every where we went. Highly recommend staying at Jesus's place, we will be back and probably just stay here as it was our favorite cozy place and area we visited! Thank you Jesus for creating such a great environment.

Great place, awesome location! Would definitely stay again

This was my first Air BnB experience and I am so grateful it was with Jesus! I had a lot of questions before I arrived to San Juan (especially because the island was experiencing earthquakes... I didn’t know what to expect). Jesus was so informative and prompt in all of his responses. As my only point of contact, he assured me things were okay in the North. I am so glad I travelled to PR... I can’t imagine I would’ve potentially missed visiting this beautiful island if it wasn’t for Jesus. The apartment is all you can hope for in an Air BnB ... clean, comfortable, hot shower, well stocked with ALL you need (should you need it), wifi, parking, safe, walk to the beach (and yoga on the beach!!!!), laundry, walk to restaurants, bakeries, stores and hot spots that may be on your list of “must dos”. I had a car yet still decided to walk to La Placita during the day and night. I can say more, but I think I can sum it up by mentioning I messaged Jesus half way through my trip asking if I could return for part of my travels of the island. This was the best BnB I stayed at while in PR. Thank you Jesus!

Was exactly what we were loooking for as a home base. Close to old San Juan. Our uber driver was actually a neighbor and provided some cool information. Neighborhood looks rough but once we were there we felt safe and experienced no issues.

Rosa’s place is so cute and cozy! We truly felt like locals staying in this apartment. The price can’t be beat & Rosa’s hospitality can’t be beat. The neighborhood was full of the nicest people. Our stay was definitely a great one.

Rosa's place was wonderful. The apartment is in a very centric location, no more than 5 minutes away from the airport and has very easy access to San Juan and to just about anywhere on the island.

Ms. Rosa is an outstanding host. She accommodated us when our flight was cancelled due to the Dorian hurricane. She did not hesitate to help us out. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything.

It has everything it says and is in a safe neighborhood and downtown. There is an excellent restaurant very close called Bebo's BBQ, there are some grocery stores nearby too and Rosa is an excellent companion. It helped me with any questions I had. I would stay here again without questions.

Rosa is exceptionally attentive and responsive, the space is quaint and good enough for two people. It's always clean and there's alwas off street parking. Definitely recommend her place if your looking for the best value for your money.

Cozy, great-value studio in upscale gated neighborhood 3 flat blocks from a nice beach. Nice touches — snacks, beach towels and chairs provided. Kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, and microwave only) but lots of restaurants nearby. We took a pleasant walk (2 km each way) along Ashland to bustling Condado district.

The beach is really close and was amazing! Omara let us store our bags at her place so we didn’t have to haul our luggage around until check in which was really nice. Definitely enjoyed the stay!

Omara’s place is in a gated community super close to the beach and lots of cool restaurants and bars! The bed is big and comfy! We also appreciated having a fridge and beach supplies!

Excellent location, safe neighborhood. A lovely, cozy and warm studio with anything and everything you may need. The special touches and her sharing beach chairs, towels and cooler is just above and beyond. Walking distance to many restaurants and bakery and nevertheless the beach which is awesome. A place to come back anytime, fully recommended to all!

We really enjoyed the location of Omara’s place! It had a very authentic feel and gave us a safe place to rest on our adventures.

Great clean place, steps away from the beach. It’s a cute studio and is located in a safe gated area. I would absolutely recommend and if I’m ever back, I’d stay here again.

The place was perfect, in a cute little private neighborhood, right next to a bunch of really great restaurants. Omara was super nice and even let us keep our bags in her house after we checked out on our last day.

You can expect nothing but personal services from the start. A beautiful apartment located within driving distance to all and parking included. Price is very reasonable for all you get comfortable, convenient, clean and locked security gates. Check in is very easy as described. Offer geat place to chill out after long days cruising the beaches and go to the Fortress if you have time. I recommend early arrival 8.00am. And slow getting out but you can make a whole day of it. Exploring the grounds b4 iit opens is lots of fun. Enjoy Puerto Rico!

A great, simple, and cheap option for a night or two. I had one night in SJ before flying home in the morning, and this place was perfect for that, can’t beat the price! Has everything you need for a night. Check in with lockbox was simple. Air conditioning worked well. Room was exceptionally dark for sleeping. I would say though that if you’re planning to stay and see San Juan, it isn’t the most centrally located - it’s about a 10 min Uber from the airport ($15-20) and 25 mins from old San Juan ($15ish). Not much is walkable from the Airbnb, and you might opt to spend a little more to find something closer to the beach or old San Juan or Condado. No fault of the hosts of course, the place was perfectly as described and such good value!

This was a quick stay for us. The host had a few thoughtful touches inside the residence, such as coffee, kitchen necessities, even a couple of bottles of beer and cold water. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but everything else was great!

Very thankful to had the chance to stay here. Not only that I I stayed just for a day but he let me check in 2 hours early. He had extra amenities that were so helpful when hitting the beach. Room was soo cold I slept as if I was in heaven!

Close to the airport, clean and roomy space. The living room area wasn't as inviting as we had hoped, but overall the space was good for what it was.

I enjoyed my stay at Juan Carlos Appointment. It is in or close to a location I wanted to be while on a short weekend trip in Puerto Rico. Not too far from all the actions and still close enough to access Old San Juan. The appointment has many amenities. Please be aware the appointment is on three flights of stairs. It was no trouble since I packed light for all my travel. Valve: Great Amenities: Awesome Location: Good Gem: Rooftop Patio. 😍 I had rental car, so getting around was not an issue. You can walk or Uber to the Famous Bar Scenes La Placita. If want to visit Old San Juan Bus or Uber is doable as well. Only downside I experienced was the water situation—the water pressure and temperature could improve for shower. Other that, I had a wonderful time stay at Juan Carlos appointment. Would I stay here again or recommend a friend? Yes!!! Thank you for everything, Juan Carlos.

Such a great and comfortable space

It is an incredibly beautiful, comfortable and spacious place. It has a very nice terrace, everything you need is at your fingertips because it has a supermarket next door and many cafes and restaurants nearby. I didn't want to leave so when I can come back.

This place is one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at ever and we have stayed at many all over the world. Super well decorated, patios are cuter than even the pictures look, bed was comfy, kitchen adorable and well stocked, living room swanky and comfy. I would definitely stay again! Wish we could have had more time. Came in after dinner with a very tired one year old who was calmly rocked to sleep in the hammock while my husband had a beer. What a pleasant surprise for us! We are used to city noise so noise level was not a problem for us but if you are sound sensitive or just not used to it that might put a damper on your stay as this place is right off the highway. Go! Enjoy!

Great location, nice hosts, everything was great

Upon arrival we were greeted by Elizabeth, Julián’s mom. We showed up super late and she still came out to greet us and even help us park the car and carry our bags up. She was AMAZING! She really made us feel like family. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning and the terrace is sooooo nice to have when you get back at night to hang out on. The pictures really do not do it justice! The location is wonderful! We were super close to San Juan and a beach and food was just two blocks up. And bonus, the food places down the road are open late! They also gave us all kinds of suggestions and really made sure we got the most out of our stay. When I come back to Puerto Rico I’ll be staying here again!

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at Julian's home! He was very accommodating and helpful while we were in San Juan. The apartment was amazing; it was very comfortable and had two beautiful terraces. It is also perfectly located with most things being in walking distance or a short Uber/cab ride away. We highly recommend staying here!

Julien was an excellent host, friendly, great communication and checked in on us after we had been there a day. We found this listing comfortable and the outdoor terraces were a nice place to enjoy the warm breezes and the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. Close to restaurants, groceries, movie theater, etc and a short drive to Old San Juan or Condado areas. This listing is a good value if your looking for a place to spend a few days visiting PR.

Balcony ambience was excellent. Definitely recommend it for those looking for so fresh air in the morning.

Pictures don’t do this place justice, it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Close to many things within walking distance and just a $3 ride via Uber to port for a cruise! Open air in all areas other than the bedroom which is ice cold! Slept like babies!

The apartment is laid out with instructions and rules that are nice and clear. Very cute colorful house that is very affordable.

The house is much prettier than in the pictures, it's house has magic, my stay was very pleasant.

I really enjoyed my little room in Santurce at Alex's place. It's very cosy and I love that you can walk to the stores and the beach! It takes about 20 minutes (if you are a fast walker) to get to Condado beach. I work online, so just a heads up if more than one person is using the wifi, it slows down a lot. I ended up going to the nearest Starbucks to do some of my work. I travel by myself (woman) and I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, which is very quiet, except from the sounds from cats, dogs and frogs. It has a similar vibe to that of Bushwick, Brooklyn. If you want to go to Old San Juan, take the T5 or T3 bus - it's only 75 cents and takes about 15 minutes to get there.

Everything is fine, but constantly shortage of electricity ,in 2 days 3 times .

get some help working the key lock box to avoid stress and delays at checkin & checkout.

Alex communicates all the information so that we stay as best as possible. Everything is clean in the house. The only negative is that the neighborhood is a bit disadvantaged.

Alex’s place was convenient with an easy check-in and good communication. We spent two nights here and walked from the house to everywhere we wanted to go.

We were told by two uber drivers, to be careful because that area was dangerous specially at night but nothing happened.. although, we weren’t stupid enough to walk around at night. Everyone were so nice. Her place was outstanding! Ubers were cheap! Will definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with the neighborhood. It’s super safe and at night is pretty quiet. Everyone around there is really nice and helpful. Supermarket 2 mins away from the airbnb. Pool is a plus! We had our own parking spot in front of the house. 20 mins away from old San Juan. House was clean and bed was super comfortable! Will definitely come back to this Airbnb.

This place was amazing ! It over passed my expectations. Neighborhood was quiet and completely safe. A supermarket really close by an amazing breakfast / lunch place (panadería american) food was great & super affordable. Uber prices to San Juan, airport & Bacardi factory where super cheap. I have no complaints . The cute welcome set up of snacks and beer. & the pool was great!

It is very close to the airport and easy to get to. Great communication with easy access for late arrivals. My girlfriend dropped her lotion on the street the night before, the host found it and returned it to us the next day. Nice place to stay.

This place was so beautiful. The apartment has two bedrooms. Every room is spacious. When. You drive up to the block, the area seems sketchy but it is just because it is not a super wealthy part of pr. But the humility and kindness found from your neighbors is truly beautiful. And you feel safe. This bnb offers an entire private rooftop. Which includes a hose to wash off after long days at the beach and a washer and dryer.. The infinity pool is also located here. Inside you will find a cozy spot for you and your guest. I was not disappointed. If you are looking to stay close to everything..this is your spot. You get your own parking spot right outfront and it is easy to get back . I will be coming back soon!!!

Excellent place, having a second bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The host was excellent we actually stayed there twice and we left a shirt from the first time around. He sent me a note and had it waiting for me folded nicely on the dresser for when we came back. The only recommendation I have to the gas is confirm the address before leaving for your trip that way you don’t have any conflicts in case if you arrive late at night and you can’t find the address. This place is a very good value, offered by an excellent host. We stayed while we vacationed in San Juan. No the house isn’t smack in the middle of everything but it’s 12 minutes to 99% of what you’ll want to do. The space could use a deep clean but it was tidy. Huge shower, wifi, smart TV, AC. Finally, Rafael is a very responsive and helpful host. He answered our messages immediately. He also recommended our favorite activity of the week and allowed us to use the garage for our rental car when we were away for 2 days. Would recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed for a short stay very good value.
