  • It was very cozy and nice you forget that you are put doors at points because the room is well put together . It was very secluded and there was very little interaction with anyone else on the facility. Great if you want privacy

  • Her back yard is full of wonderful and sweet gems that make the stay so delightful. She is a great host and the experience is one of a kind!

    Meghan2018-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • The glamping was fantastic! The “tent” was absolutely huge, very sturdy, and felt private. The bed was very comfy, and even though it got cool at night, the heated blanket and extra blanket kept us more than warm enough. The yard is absolutely adorable, with a few places great to sit and enjoy the scenery, and a mini fridge/microwave and some kitchen supplies to use. The bathroom is shared with another airbnb. It was sparkling clean and the shower was fantastic (tons of shampoos and soaps in case you forgot anything!) Our favorite part was the fridge full of snacks and drinks for a few dollars each- all the money goes towards helping women in Africa. Emilia was a total sweetheart, and from our brief interaction with her family they were wonderful as well. The hot tub was quite the perk as well. And finally, the best part of the stay was Bernie- the sweetest Rottweiler you’ll ever meet. He just LOVES pets and attention. A great value and really cute location! Book it!!

  • Emilia’s place is located very centrally to all of the hot spots in San Diego and is also walking distance to convenience stores and food options. Everything was clean and as described. The heating blanket was awesome and although temps dropped below 50 at night my friend and I were always warm during the night. The yard is lovely in the morning and the patio is a perfect place to have a coffee in the morning. There is another cabin located on the property whom you share the yard and the bathroom with. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience here and would come back/suggest it to others.

  • My husband and I stayed at the tent for two nights while we experienced San Diego for our first time ever. I am very adventurous and love trying new things and my husband is more the security and view of a hotel type. It was our first time trying airbnb and after it my husband even said he's okay doing airbnb stays from now on! We loved it! Not to mislead anyone but we had only one small problem right off the top. I dont know if it is the Airbnb App or what but definitely save any messages you get from the owner before (she sends a wonderful overview and instructions with the address!) When we were trying to find the place I kept hitting "directions" in app and it took us to two very sketchy unwelcoming homes before I finally pulled over and pulled up the message she had sent a month before. Now this is NOT Emilia's fault but is worth mentioning in case anyone else experiences such a thing! Now the house/yard is extremely welcoming and majestic! You can tell a lot of care was put in to the yard and it is relaxing and peaceful instantly! I would not suggest people of poor physique or handicapped needs book this property as it is quite a down hill/various steps path to get to property. Which didn't bother us at all but I can see how it could be a problem for others. There is a couple of patio dining areas, a fire pit, and a hot tub available for guest use and everything you can think of is provided! Cups, wine opener, wood, lighter, dish soap and a sponge, microwave, mini fridge, etc. She even had beach towels for us to use! They thought of everything! The tent was extremely neat and cozy. My husband is 6'3" and had to bend over a bit to get in to bed but he didn't complain at all (just a note for anyone tall though). The bed was so comfortable! It is a nice queen bed and is equipped with other blankets as the evenings can be very chilly but we didn't have a problem finding or using them at all. The bathroom I was hesitant about since it is shared with cabin renters but we had no problem! It's the cutest outdoor bathroom I've ever seen and fully functioning. Shampoo, conditioner, etc. Are all available if you forgot any of yours! I was worried about leaving all of our stuff in the tent while we went out on our daily adventures but a lock was provided and honestly I felt very comfortable leaving our things there after the first few hours as I felt very private. Lastly, everything is a bit of a drive from the home (think 5+ minute drive for anything). I can't speak on public transport but definitely would not have walked anywhere from the home. It is nice and quiet and worth the trade...

  • Walking into Emilia’s place was like entering into a wonderland! Our tent felt like a magical retreat. The back yard was draped with beautiful lights and had many delightful areas for lounging. This stay was well worth the price.

    Quanina2018-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • A comfortable, cute place to stay in a beautiful outdoor garden. Staying here felt like being a part of a community, since there are other rooms being rented out on the property, and I loved that. Emilia was very responsive, sweet and accomadting! A nice, affordable place to stay if you're ever in the San Diego area. Every place my boyfriend and I wanted to go to was relatively close which is a plus! Highly recommend if you're into the camping vibe.

    Bettina2018-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • The tent is spacious with a big bed and enough space to put your luggage. Besides, it was cosy :-) Emilia made sure we had an electric blanket at night so we haven't been cold. Bathroom is only a few meters away and is clean. There is a little kitchenette outside, but don't expect too much from it. Convenient for breakfast. Will def recommend this place. Ps. Their dog Bernie is cute.

Gorgeous waterproof bell tent on elevated platform surrounded by trees. Let the world slip away while cozying up on the floor pillows with a good book as the birds chirp away outside. Take a luxurious soak in the hot tub! Peaceful retreat 20-30 minutes from most SD attractions. Space heater, coffee maker & essential oil diffuser inside. Beautiful outdoor bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet (imagine taking a hot shower outside under the stars) Ask about poolside yoga sessions and massage.
Welcome to Poolside Glamp & Chill. We are located on the border of El Cajon and Lakeside in San Diego (about 20 miles east of Downtown) with easy access to the 8 freeway. We are just beginning to live our longtime dream of sharing our land and space with travelers, tourists, artists and friends. We have a 2.5 acre property and the site is down at the pool, separated from the main house. The pool and hot tub is shared with our small family and anyone staying in the Poolside Airbnb, so you may meet some new people while staying at our place. The cost for heating the pool is $80/day. If you would like this added service, please let us know so we can make arrangements. It will be split with anyone staying in the apartment if they would like it as well. Cost for hot tub heat is included in the rate you are paying. It's been quite chilly at night, so bring your warm jammies! We can also arrange for a private or group yoga session by a Certified Yoga Therapist who lives on our property. Classes are held poolside for private or group sessions. Please inquire if you are interested in this. We also have a great massage therapist who can come to the property for all the pampering :) Let us know and I'll assist in setting either of these options up. We have been working to make this a special place for travelers to come and chill at the pool, relax in one of the seating areas and just have a great time while visiting San Diego. There are lots of birds, including hawks and cute little quail. We have organic herb and veggie gardens that we’d love to share with you. Our gorgeous bell tent has a comfy queen size real bed and a twin size futon as well as a fan, space heater, soothing sound machine and essential oil diffuser for your use . It is steps from the pool and very private. The bell tent is is situated on an elevated platform under a gorgeous canopy of Chinese Elm trees. The trees have lot's of bird families, so that means your new alarm clock is a bird :) There are motion solar lights around the bathroom and walkways. We will also supply extra blankets if needed. There is an outdoor bathroom (shared when anyone is at pool) steps away with a hot shower, sink with mirror and regular flush toilet. It is lit by solar lights, there is no electricity in the bathroom. There is a gas BBQ to cook on (please bring utensils and items you would bring camping) and a full size fridge to put your drinks or food in. There is also a fire pit near the pool, wood is supplied. We are in the process of making our land unique and magical, which means we are always working on one thing or another around the property…it's truly a work in progress at our place here. Our vision is to transform the landscape into a complete sanctuary retreat, and it’s coming along quite nicely. We are excited to share it with our guests and will be available during your whole stay if you need anything at all. We are just a text away. Nearby activities include Lake Jennings, which offers fishing and hiking, as well as several gorgeous parks to visit. There are lot's of wineries in Ramona, about 45 minutes east in the mountains, as well as Julian to explore. Our glamp is great for a weekend destination or just for a rest on your way to another adventure. Although we love pets (we have a few dogs on the property), we cannot accept guests with pets at this time. Parking is in our driveway across from the pool area. Just text us when you get here and we'll make sure to show you around. Please make every effort to check in by 8pm as it is necessary to show you where the space is located before dark if possible. Thank you!
Family neighborhood with mix of different types of housing including condos, but feels very country-ish and secluded.
  • Such a great place and lovely hospitality that made our trip just that much better!

  • I will highly recommind this spot to any one!

  • Heather and her husband are incredible human beings! I booked this place on super short notice, they communicated with me quickly and even stayed awake to let me in and show me around even though I arrived later than expected. Thank you SO much. I will be coming back next month with a friend. Glamping was a BLAST.

    Destiny2018-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • Heather and Robert are truly SUPER HOSTS! As soon as we, my daughter and me, arrived Heather's husband, Robert, was outside ready to greet us in. He then showed us our amenities that included a pool, a refrigerator, facilities, and then our wonderful yurt for the evening. It was very cozy almost as if we were camping, but it was better. We thought the blanket we were provided with was not going to keep us warm, and we were slightly worried; however, we were, fortunately, mistaking. The room was very cozy, the blanket was so warm, it had a wonderful touch of creativity, and most of all more supplies was dropped off for our leisure. The yurt was a beautiful and serine stay, and we would stay here again. Thank you so much Heather and Robert for making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and most important for being the super hosts that you both are!

  • Wonderful spot. Fun, private, has everything you need.

    Whitney2018-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Although I just left a few days ago, I'm already planning my trip back to Heather's place with my friends. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to disconnect from the rush of the city and reconnect with nature. I stayed here alone and found it to be an incredible retreat, but it's also a great space to connect with friends, family or a loved one. I can't wait to come back with my friends. Also, this was a super short drive from downtown and there are several supermarkets and gas stations nearby.

    Destiny2018-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • If you're wanting to do something different, I would suggest staying in Heather's Yurt! It was such a unique and cool experience! Pool was also wonderful!

  • This place exceeded our expectations. Shantel was so helpful offering info on local happenings and great recommendations. The location is very peaceful - do yourself a favour and make sure you allow enough time there to enjoy the tranquility. The treetop tents was a truly unique wxper

  • We had the best time tree camping outside of Julian. The tents and supplies are immaculate. Our 4 and 6 year old LOVED it. Especially the hang out area with pillows. Shantel has really thought of every detail to make the camping experience feel easy and indulgent. The kitchen set up was so fantastic, my husband and I made a list of everything so we can try and replicate it the next time we go camping. We felt absolutely spoiled. The surrounding area had gorgeous hiking and the wolf center was fascinating. All in all, a super fun and super easy camping adventure!

    Beth2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Shantel was a stellar host. The site was beautiful, spacious, and had great shade. Everything you could possibly need can be found thanks to Shantel. There are wonderful trails to walk around the site, lovely sounds of nature, and the easy feeling of knowing you have everything you need. I was booked for a 3 night stay but unfortunately had an emergency where I had to leave early. Shantel was incredibly responsive and understanding. I can't wait to book with her again soon!!

    Emma2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • This experience was absolutely as amazing as expected. It was very nice to escape the outside world while also having the amenities of being at home. The tent was really cool, the hammock was really nice and comfortable, and everything was thought of. Shantel was very attentive to answering any questions and was also very good at recommending activities to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend and probably do it again myself!

    Chris2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • This camping site is amazing!! There’s everything you can possibly need on the site. We spent hours on the hammock/tentstile watching the stars every night. Shantel was a very kind and responsive host. We can’t wait to come back!

  • Great experience! Shantel was very punctual and accommodating. Definitely a great way to camp without any of the hassle

  • Our group of 5 had such an amazing experience! Arriving without having to set anything up was a blessing. All we needed was clothes, wood and food. Everything else was included. Tents were so much fun (and very comfortable) and the lounge area was perfect for star gazing! Bathrooms were shared with other campers but kept very clean. Our area was very spacious and felt secluded. Def doing this again :)

  • Keys Creek is not your typical Airbnb experience, the magic which is not describable in the listing given is very real, true, and empowering. Take an opportunity to having the reward of an enlightening retreat at the Key Creek Lavender Farm, and find value immeasurable by money. Treat your inner self to this Magic!

  • We had a wonderful time at the Lavender Farm. Can't wait to go back!

    Kiki2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • We spent a night at the lavender farm in one of the yurts and it was the most magical experience! It was a perfect, serene getaway. The farm itself is gorgeous with adorable country touches like rocking chairs, and outdoor chandeliers. Based off of other reviews we had read, we chose to book the onsite dinner and were completely blown away by the food. One of the best dinners I've ever had. Eating under the stars, next to the fireplace on the rustic patio offered its own wonderfully memorable experience as well. The chef Evan was so kind and accommodating. Alicia herself came out and introduced herself while we were relaxing by the fireplace and even offered us plush robes to use so that we wouldn't be too cold after using the jacuzzi. I would 100% recommend booking a stay here if you are looking for a magical, serene getaway. We look forward to returning!!

    Kristen2018-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time at the farm. We enjoyed the pool. The atmosphere was pleasant and very calm. The staff was also very attentive. Evans and Allison took very good care of us, we had a healthy delicious dinner. Check the location before you book and plan ahead as this farm is far from the towns. But this is exactly why we stayed here. We wanted to check out this area of SoCal and we are very glad we made it out there. Highly recommended!

    Ana2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • The whole experience is enchanting! The host and the staff were very warm, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel like family. The fragrant of the lavender all around and the fairly land at night were so wonderful and mystical. The yurt experience, the star gazing, the dining, the shop (the lavender tea and the moisturizer are sooooo good!), and the lavender cookie and shortcake, omg! This is truly a magical place.

    Peggy2017-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is my 4th time here & it gets better with each time. The hospitality & staff is amazing & always exceeds my expectations. There’s always extra touches with each visit & I always look forward my next stay. Alicia can be as involved in your stay or as quiet if Desired. For sure you’ll enjoy her company though & the stories. You can do your own thing in the farm & the workers are always making sure your stay is pleasant or need anything. My yurts are always extra clean & comfy. The property always cared for & clean. By far my most favorite Airbnb place to stay & host. All my friends have always left amazed at this property including male company. (Believe it or not) I cannot find words to describe how incredible my stays are so pls visit if you have considered staying here. You will not be disappointed. Xo

Come stay at the Dome Asylum hippie homestead. The Dome Asylum is a geodesic dome built in 1986. It’s natural landscaping, beautiful cacti, and remote location make it stand out, not just as a place to stay, but a place to retreat. In addition to the fruit trees and aquaponic garden, the property features several cactus gardens, a meditation trail, and a natural pool/hot tub. The Dome Asylum is convenient to local hiking, Ramona wineries and historic Julian.
Experience nature up close and personal by sleeping outdoors! The Cal King bed is sheltered by a covered patio next to our natural pool. Wake to the crow of our rooster, or perhaps our friendly canine co-hosts, Bailey & Klondike. There is a full bath for your use in our outdoor bath house. Spend some time meditating by the pool or snorkel with the fish.
  • Really quiet place with an amazing pool! Excellent experience of sleeping outside with the trickling sound of water from the pool which was very peaceful. Watched a water lily open one morning at the pool and lovely gardens and unique property overall in a quiet area. Definitely a rustic feel for those who don't mind keeping it simple. Their very friendly dog Bailey would sleep on the ground next to my bed every night which was cute and comforting, but would lay on the bed when I went out for the day leaving dog hair and grass. Not an issue for Dog lovers but maybe for some others just as a heads up. Dawn was very friendly, attentive and laid back which was much appreciated. I left feeling very grateful for this unique, natural space to have been shared with me! Aloha

  • Unique and funky property, neat and hospitable hosts. We had to leave a day early due to illness so stay was only 2 nights, and arrived late due to car problems but hosts were friendly & accommodating to our every need. Use of the natural water pool & hot tub, and outdoor bluetooth speaker system are worth more than the nightly charge itself in my opinion. It is rustic. Outdoor cabana is very simple, not much space for dressing or place to put your bag within the enclosed area, and it's literally a platform style bed on the patio surrounded by curtains. If bugs make you squeamish (there is a mosquito net which didn't completely encircle the bed and broke at the top loop & fell during the second night, no fault of the hosts of course & will probably be repaired), choose one of their room offerings inside the dome. There was an issue with the outdoor shower not draining, and we were given access to a nice hot indoor shower as an alternative. All in all a great value, interesting people to meet, and sweet sweet pups & animals. We'll be back if they'll have us! And will probably check out one of the room offerings inside the dome.

  • This place is a little paradise on its own. The bed next to the natural pool, the sweetest dogs, amazing other visitors, beautiful gardens, etc etc, and Dawn is so nice as well!

  • Dawn’s place was so cool and unique! We loved the natural pool and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with Dawn and Wylie — they were very friendly and down to earth, and had great food recommendations in the area. Definitely recommend this place if you want a fun experience away from all the hustle and bustle of San Diego!

  • I wish we could have spent more time here while we were in town. Dawn was great with communication (very helpful when you're on a tight schedule). p.s. The cat was sweet enough to sleep on the outside bed with us at night, if felt just as comfortable as home that way.

  • Secluded, quiet and rural aerea. Perfect for resting.

  • I came back to Ramona because I loved it so much. To have an outside room, was a beautiful new experience. The bed is comfy and it's really quiet. I loved their cute friendly dogs and watching the fish in their pool. Dawn and Wiley are really nice and laid back. They also grow delicious plums in their garden that I snacked throughout the days. Can highly recommend :-)

  • Flat out stellar experience. From being greeted when we arrived by Dawn and Wylie's well loved and sweet dogs Bailey and Klondike, to Dawn graciously giving us the tour of their fantastic property. We slept very sound in an incredibly comfortable bed by the natural pool after enjoying a couple drinks in the super cool lounge area. We awoke to a beautiful sunkissed morning and took a refreshing dip in the pool and snorkeled with the fishies. After a pleasant chat over coffee we departed. All in all we had a wonderful evening/morning and Alli and I look forward to coming back. Thanks a bunch Dawn and Wylie, you guys are awesome!

Enjoy the last summer nights in a comfy tent, in a good environment of a shared house. A lot of art and fun is happening here :)
  • This place is fun if you’re a young traveler, and enjoy the laid back atmosphere of being around interesting people. I must say that there is little to no privacy, which I’m okay with while sleeping out in a tent, but it may not be everyone’s speed. I appreciate the host(s) thoughtfulness when bringing our sheets, and being sharing and kind. Thanks for everything! For the price, it’s perfect to have a place to hang out in and sleep at night. Also, the hot tub was a total score!

  • Awesome! A great place for travelers. The other guests were quiet and friendly, and Agatha provides everything needed. There are two tents, one slightly smaller but both are great. Definitely hoping to stay here again

Enjoy San Diego with this unique experience along the Pacific Coast. Live in the nature of infinite ocean views, serenity, and style. The best way to relax and relieve all your stress while enjoying the beauty of San Diego. You can have both a car and a comfortable mattress at the same time!
This is my little dream tree house that takes me anywhere I want to go. I wanted to share this lovely experience with you and give you the opportunity to explore all the beautiful and scenic places along the coast. With your little tree house on top of your car, you can go anywhere - strange lands and unknown places. Every day is so busy and repetitive that I sometimes want to step away from my life to rest and take a breath. Your rooftop tent will take you away from your daily routine into nature, the wilderness where you can see another part of yourself and embrace nature.
I will provide everything you need for an enjoyable camping experience. You don't have to worry if you missed somethings because I'm here to help you. I will recommend the best places for you to set up your mini camper. But you will have the freedom to go anywhere!
  • Sam was great! Definitely a cool and unique way to experience California. We travelled north and stayed at various campgrounds along the coast. 10/10 would recommend. Only thing to keep in mind is the added expenses with campground fees. Overall still way cheaper than hotels and you see a lot more this way. :) P.S. Book your campgrounds in advance and don't just wing it!!!! Lol

    Cam2018-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fun trip. Sam was very hospitable. He provided extra blankets due the unseasonably cold weather, some other supplies for a low cost, and even got me from the airport. The vehicle was very clean as was the roof top tent. It is very easy to set up and is great for 1-2 people. I camped at South Carlsbad beach overlooking the ocean and it was awesome. He just provides the vehicle and tent - you find the adventure.

    Lionel2018-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • This was an amazing trip! The tent is a really unique place to stay, and it was very easy to set up...less than 5 min. Sam was great and quickly answered our questions. We had some issues getting to San Diego and Sam was a great help and very understanding! My only advise is to book your campsites in advance as the popular ones fill up quick! 10/10 would do this again!!

    Tyler2018-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing experience and Sam was very responsive and helpful. We camped at San Elijo Beach and the views were spectacular. Sam provided us with blankets, grills, and everything we needed for a great camping experience. Thank you, Sam!

Unique camping experience on Airbnb for the first time in San Diego. Enjoy this fully equipped camping vehicle and go on a beautiful adventure along the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
This is a Nissan Murano ready to explore the beautiful nature and serenity of California. Comes with a roof-top tent that comfortably fits two people, two-person tent(optional), camping equipment (includes two camping chairs, table, dual burner stove, cooking and plating wares.)
We can meet up at La Jolla Shores, Downtown or if you will be arriving at the San Diego Airport, I can arrange for a pickup!
  • Great location in Downtown San Diego. Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. This place was perfect and will definitely come back!

    Sam2017-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Cool camp! We parked at Campland on the Bay, paid an extra 70 USD for one night there. The host charged us another 50 USD for delivering us from and to the airport, supermarket. The night here is kind of chilly, we brought our own blankets to keep warm. The host is really nice, offer us grill, table, head lights and other things. Passerby will always stop by and offer some beautiful comments on our settings. Overall it was an interesting experience at San Diego.

    2018-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • Matt is a kind host with quick communication via text and phone calls. The experience was definitely unique and I am glad I booked for the experience of camping on a tent above his car. The tent set up was very easy and Matt assist with the initial set up. The airbnb cost includes 150 driving miles so be sure to reset your trip odometer. No true shower or restroom facilities yet I didn't explore it too much since we camp at the parking lot of Mission Beach and had a hotel reservation next day.

  • Keys lavender farm is one of the most welcoming beautiful places I've ever stayed. They made everything feel personal and enjoyable.

    Deborah2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful property that shines at night (literally). The pool/jacuzzi was a great way to wind down the day. Staff/hosts were very accommodating! Comfortable place to sleep, but as a reminder make sure to zip everything up in the yurt unless you want some bugs crawling in! Last thing I wanted to mention is that these yurts are within close proximity of each other (6 of them) so privacy is minimized. Thanks!

  • I highly recommend to stay at the Key Lavender Farm. We absolutely loved chilling in pool. We were very fortunate to meet the owner Alicia. The hospitality was outstanding. The whole vibe on the farm is refreshing, uplifting and peaceful. This is definitely a hidden jewel in our own backyard in San Diego County.

    Christina2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • We opted for the glamping yurt. It was pretty awesome- like camping- without having to bring all the extra stuff. The pool was lovely, and the ground were very well kept. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back! Side note, when you arrive to keep left towards the "private events"- that's where you can find everyone to check in!

    Cara2017-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • Hidden paradise. Such a beautifully crafted and kept little place. Everything was better than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In tent heating was perfect. Pool and Jacuzzi were great too. The light shows were super creative and gorgeous at night. Yurt very close to each other but we didn't mind because everyone was very considerate. We will be back for sure.

    Adileh2018-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • My best friend and I recently stayed at Keys Creek and thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The farm is absolutely stunning, the food (if you opt for dinner service) is delicious, the yurts are spacious and cozy, and the products sold in the store are amazing—definitely bring some back! If you're looking for a fun girls weekend or a spot for your next yoga retreat, this is the place.

  • One of the most peaceful places I been to. Great place to get away from the city and just enjoy yourself.

    Edgar2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Expectations are key with a place like this. We went into this wanting and hoping for an energizing yet relaxing getaway. Upon arrival, it felt like we had stumbled upon an old friend's home, a warm welcome in a tucked away paradise. The salt water pool was possibly the cleanest we have ever swam in, coupled with an equally wonderful hot tub right as it got chilly. There were a multitude of peaceful experiences; from the walks through the crystal labyrinth, zen garden, and of course, lavender fields. Perhaps the highlight of the trip was the amazing dinner prepared by Evan (host and chef) and set in candle light under drying lavender on a beautiful deck. The meal was amazing, anyone who goes here should spend the extra money for the private dinner, its more than worth the cost and really brought a wonderful complementary end to our evening. With any 'camping/glamping' adventure the possibility for natural elements to be present in your personal space exists; the lavender farm did well with naturally avoiding these certainties but of course they will occur. We did see bugs in our tent, but it was mild, and I was actually bitten less than I have been on any given night at home (truth). Overall, this was an incredible experience. Book a few nights here while you can, it was far more than worth it.

  • Beautiful scenery, countless amenities, extremely responsive—couldn’t have asked for more

    Sarah2018-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • We found this beautiful lavender farm about two years ago. We did a tour at that time and loved it so much. We returned and stayed at one of the yurts this time. The whole place is just pure magic and tranquility. It feels like being in a romantic town of France. Everything is clean and chic. We hung out with Alicia and her team at the pool; such a group of sweethearts. We decided to have dinner there. Food was great, and the chef was attentive, and the sunset was breathtaking. Overall an excellent experience we had! Side notes, make sure your car is equipped to drive on dirt road for about a mile to get to entrance, and bring your own towels.

    Grace2018-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was a little slice of heaven. We had a fun girls glamping trip at Alicia's. There was movie night by the pool and yoga in the morning. Next time I would come earlier to enjoy the property fully.

    Alix2017-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time. Beautiful property on a remote location but not hard to get to. Fun to camp on a farm

    Lorraine2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • This is a little slice of magical heaven! The grounds and yurt are clean and tidy, the pool and hot tub inviting and beautiful, and our hosts were kind and generous! Do understand that you are 'Glamping' - futon on the ground, hike for the bathroom, outdoor rain shower, etc. The view is stunning and the yurts on astroturfing made for the comfiest and cleanest yoga spot imaginable! There are no guest kitchen space- but our hosts let us use a hot plate to make breakfast which was much appreciated and boil water for tea and coffee. Staying here takes some planning for food as it's way up in the mountains. So worth the time to unplug! And Alicia even came and did an angel reading by the pool before we left! High recommended!!

    Augustine2017-11-13T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. My husband and I really enjoy our stay. So peaceful, romantic, a wonderful way to spend quality time with the hubby, the decorations are beautiful, the foam beds super comfortable, restroom and showers super clean. I was really happy they had hot water to shower. Thank you so much this 18yr anniversary Mini-trip will be unforgettable. We will most definitely be back.

    Jessica2018-07-29T00:00:00Z

    Christina2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time at Keys Creek Lavender Farm. The property is peaceful and charming, and serves as a great quick getaway to “re-ground”. During the day the farm provides scenic views and allows for lovely strolls amongst birds and flowers, and after dark the property is beautifully lit with rustic chandeliers in trees and star-like lights. The yurts are large and clean with comfy beds, and space heaters to warm them during the evenings are provided. The only thing that surprised us was the proximity of the yurts to one another, but each one is large enough to still have privacy. We opted for a dinner service, which was delicious and served by the outdoor fireplace. I would highly recommend this special and unique experience!

    Melanie2018-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Smelled wonderful and was decorated beautifully. The yurt fell a bit short from what we expected. We were in very close proximity to other guests which made privacy a bit of an issue.Ended up only saying one of the two nights we booked.

  • We spent the night at Zoe's to celebrate our 40th anniversary! This provided a memorable experience in a lifetime of anniversaries! Our yurt was comfortable and cozy! The entire place is romantic and thrilling with so much to see! We loved the plant life and all the lights at night. The smell of lavender is in the air. We have never experienced such a place! We will be back to spend more time the next time--enjoying the hot tub, the salt water pool, the fields of lavender, and Zoe's extraordinary place. She has created the ultimate location for romance and outdoors living. It's one of a kind!

    Iris2018-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • Magical! This place was a beautiful little farm oasis and we were so happy. Little fairy lights lit up the entire property when we arrived late at night, and we were continuously delighted from there on out. The hot tub was awesome, the property smells like lavender, and Alicia was really hospitable and kind! Definitely get dinner on site if you can, the food was delicious and the ambiance in the dining area was pure bliss. Some tips: bring your own shampoo, extra blankets/pillows, towels, and food-- consider this full camping. There isn't a lot of access to groceries or anything once you're on the property, so be prepared! You won't want to leave once you're there. :) We can't wait to come back again someday!

  • Although there was less lavender than I anticipated, I had a great evening from start to finish. We drove in a weird way but Alicia was so kind to guide us with turn by turn directions over the phone. Once we arrived at the farm we were in heaven. Evan's dinner was delicious- worth the extra money. The stars were bright as we gazed from the jacuzzi and our sleep was warm, quiet, and comfortable.

    Caitlin2018-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect getaway! The view was priceless, staying in the tents was absolutely amazing, the entire facility was so clean!! I loved going in the pool in the morning and exploring the labrynth at night. I recommend everyone stay here at least once

    Paige2018-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Upon arrival we were greeted and shown our tent. All was great except the mesh opening to our tent had a very large rip (we were told from the previous weekends guest) so even when zipped shut it wouldn't keep the bugs out or anything. This wasn't the end of the world as the main opening could still be zipped completely shut. We enjoyed the property and jacuzzi (pool was a bit to cold to get in, though we tried). The staff was great in accommodating our needs. We watched a movie under the stars and they set up a small fire pit so we could roast marshmallows. Unfortunately, the hot water heater for the showers happen to not be working so we choose not to take the icy plunge (I don't think any of the other guest did either) and the ranch next door was having some sort of event so there was very loud music playing into the night which is obviously completely out of their control. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This was the second time I've been to the Lavender Farm and would definitely go back!

    Ashley2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • While we had requested the French yurt, we were put into the Royal yurt (by someone named Tristan) when we arrived at 8pm. We went out to a local casino for a buffet dinner, came back to soak in the hot tub, and then turned in for the night...only to find both beds severely infested with ants and spiders - several of which had concerning red markings. There was no way to sleep in that yurt, and we ended up having to find a hotel at 1am. My request for a refund, even a partial refund if you took a fee for hot tub use, was ignored. I travel via Airbnb frequently and have always had good experiences, including clamping in other yurts. None have been bug infested. I'm deeply disappointed in this experience, and would not stay here again, nor would I recommend others to stay. I'm sure the farm is a lovely stop for dinner or a day visit - just don't try to sleep in one of the yurts.

  • This is a sparkling, magical place. The countryside is breathtaking and the glamping site is incredible! I soaked in the hot tub, took a few ice cold (it’s February) dips in the pool, and took a beautiful walk in the morning. The outdoor showers were super fun- wear a bathing suit to ensure privacy! I would definitely bring some extra battery lights for the yurt, and a flashlight or headlamp to find bathrooms at night. It’s very romantic but keep in mind those yurts are close together and you are sharing space with several others.

  • What a magical retreat! My girlfriends and I rented 2 yurts. They were spacious, clean, with 2 full size comfy mats. Loved the salt water pool in the day (bring a towel) and jacuzzi under the starts at night. The entire property was lit up with twinkling lights in the evening it was truly magical, felt like we were in Avatar as we walked through the crystal labyrinth. Here are some things to consider for your future trip here: This is a tranquil and quiet place people go to escape so for larger parties I recommend renting out all 6 of the yurts due to the proximity so that you have the whole property/pool to yourselves. I also recommend taking advantage of the dinner on the patio the views are stunning and I hear the food is amazing! We opted to make our own dinner and dined on the patio tables but wish we had done the dinner option. Bring your own coffee and cups, there’s hot water provided.

  • Jeez....where to begin? Firstly, if you are Southern California local then welcome to bliss in your backyard. Never been to California, make sure to stop here! This lavender farm is above and beyond amazing. The secluded off the beaten path drive to the farm was just the beginning to a great atmosphere. When we arrived the sun was just setting and the amazing decor of the property more attractive than ever. The jacuzzi was great after dinner and the farm dog was the most cute...Our host Evan did a great job of giving us the lay of the land, sharing some tips on how to best glamp and lastly making us feel like we have been friends for ever.

  • Alicia's property was so beautiful that it honestly felt like a fairy tale! From the good energy to the beautiful accommodation this was truly a special stay. Will be back again very soon!

  • This place is magical! I felt like I was in a fairytale. It is very peaceful, quiet and clean. AND there is a constant smell of lavender. Doesn’t get much better than this.

  • Glamping at the Lavendar Farm was amazing! Such a wonderful getaway from it all. The place is beyond adorable and perfect. Just make sure you ask the Yurt owner about dinner. There is no restaurant onsite and nearest food is far drive on an unpaved road. Our host did not offer us dinner, which is available but luckily the host had a high tea that day and offered us dinner for $35 each which was wonderful. Highly recommended just better communication.

  • Spent one night in the Provence Yurt for a pre birthday celebration for my husband. It was perfect! Our first time Glamping and love the ease and fun if it! Alicia and Evan were wonderful hosts! Had lunch at the Yellow Deli before checking in! Great food and ambiance! The pool/jacuzzi area was beautiful and relaxing, loved the lights around the yurts at night! A perfect getaway within an hour of downtown San Diego! Lucky for us we went to a Strawberry picking event a mile away before heading home! We will return! Thank you Alicia!

  • This place was a steal!!! I couldn't believe the place we got to stay at for the price and that wasn't even the best part, the staff helped me so much, very friendly and professional. If you need a place to stay in Baja and want to have the best experience possible don't look anywhere else!!!!

  • This place sucks the camping site is small to camp we were barely able setup two camping houses. Restroom is a long distance from where camping. You couldn’t shower comfortable because area is under construction and workers are there. One of the workers there did try to make it as best as possible and tried to accommodate us because I got promised an air mattress and got cushions instead

    Roberto2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • We loved camping by the beach at Enrique and Claudia's place!

    Maxine2018-03-25T00:00:00Z

  • We camped the first night and a pair of shoes with our car keys in them got stolen. The staff was very helpful in searching for them and helping accommodate us and make sure our car didn’t leave without us. Just keep your valuables on you, but otherwise a great spot

  • Shawnee was an amazing host! She really took the time to make sure we were taken care of and felt welcome. It was obvious that Shawnee put a lot of thought and love in creating this space for women ❤️ the chimanea outside was a great touch

  • This was the perfect retreat. I settled in early evening, rode a bike to dinner, took a relaxing bath, then sat in the cozy bed knitting and listening to podcasts. In the morning I was so happy to see French press coffee, English muffins, hard boiled eggs and grapefruit brought to the yurt’s door. Shawnee truly thought of everything when she created this space. It’s beautiful, warm and inviting and I will certainly recommend it to friends!

Beautiful ranch with a warm home. All the little extras that Dawn puts into the home makes it all worth the stay. Plus the horses are great to have standing outside your window.
