Beachfront holiday rentals in Rye

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

We had a lovely stay at Kristel’s place, definitely recommend - super homey, sparkly clean and so well appointed with everything you would need, kitchen had more than your essentials, we enjoyed preparing dinner!

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

The house was beautifully presented!!! Very large with multiple rooms with tvs in all rooms for multiple groups to watch different programs. Close to the cleanest house I’ve ever been in. Close to shops and the beach. Loved it!!

Ben was an amazing host, really kind, thoughtful and pro active in getting information to us before we even thought of it.

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect, right along the coast with stunning ocean views. The property had everything we needed, including a relaxing spa and a refreshing pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

Tina was very responsive and was able to accomodate a flexible check in and out for us as well. The space was great for large meals and the views of sunset were amazing! Great to spend an evening in with friends around the fire and stargazing in the hot tub! We would definitely stay again as we really enjoyed the space and the views.

We left feeling rested and grateful and already dreaming of our next visit.

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

This accomodation was absolutely perfect for our little getaway! The house was super clean, had great amenities, huge TV and very comfortable beds and pillows. We loved staying here so much and will definitely book again when we come back to Rosebud!

It was our second time staying at Janelle's lovely home, and we will be going back for a third, fourth and more. It has a great location in a stunning and peaceful spot in Rye, and we love the proximity to the wild sights and scenery of this area. We especially love the feel and decor of Janelle's home; it's warm, stylish, and laid-back. The expansive back garden and peaceful front porch are a treat for a relaxed day or evening. Janelle is a great, communicative host, too. We would highly recommend Brewsters. It's one of our favourite homes and spots to stay on the Peninsula. Phil, Min and Amy.
