Beachfront holiday rentals in Victoria

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

We had another lovely stay at Lauren’s place. Perfect location, apartment was clean and warm and communication and check in/out was very easy. We will be back!

Peaceful escape with nothing to do but enjoy the view and relax. Accomodation is comfortable and has all you need in terms of amenities. James is a great host and it’s great to have a dog friendly place with a great and secure yard.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay. Charles was so responsive and always willing to provide information and help when required. We will definitely be back!

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, and a huge part of that was thanks to Renata. From the very beginning, Renata went above and beyond to ensure our apartment was the perfect fit for our needs. She was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, even helping us upgrade to a more suitable option that made our stay even more comfortable. Renata provided clear, timely, and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out—everything was seamless with no ambiguity. Her communication was exceptional throughout, with reminders and support that made us feel truly looked after. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated and caring host. Renata, thank you for making our experience so smooth and enjoyable—it was nothing short of perfect!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had the most incredible stay at this cabin! The location is absolutely unbeatable — just steps from a stunning beach with crystal-clear water and golden sand. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having morning coffee with ocean views felt like a dream. The cabin itself was cozy with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It felt private and peaceful, but still close enough to explore nearby cafes and attractions. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach escape — we can’t wait to come back!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Such a cosy cottage! The furniture, fittings and decor have all been chosen with such a lot of care and love. We really appreciated the quality of the kitchen gear which made cooking an absolute joy. Its a lovely base from which to explore all the scenic and culinary delights of the area. The host was very helpful and friendly, and has clearly thought of everything that a guest could possibly need. I would definitely stay here again.

This has honestly been my favourite Air bnb I have ever stayed at! Everything about the stay was perfect! Location was magical, Catherine is a beautiful human with a magical soul! Honestly was perfect! And we will 100% be coming back! We also kept extending our stay we didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

This was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at; spacious, clean, felt right at home - everything you need is right there - down to baking paper and cling wrap. We travelled with our 5 month old infant and this apartment was more than we could ever ask for. The view of the sea is amazing; one of the nights we stayed there was a clear one and we could do some star gazing as well. Sue was especially lovely and came down to say Hi and she stayed in constant touch, checking how we were and if ever needed anything. Location is convenient - near the grocer’s and many cafes/restaurants ( barely a 2 min walk). Most of the main attractions are also nearby - all within 10-20 min away so port Campbell was a convenient base to stay at from which to explore the surroundings. We would return to stay here again in a heartbeat !

Had the best time in this magical place. Sunrise in the morning straight from the main bedroom is the highlight! Massive living room with ocean views is just perfect!!

Wonderful spacious and well equipped home. Wow !! Stayed here for a week with Walking Gals, and enjoyed many local walks along the GSWW and surrounds. An oasis to return to at the end of each day, loved the wood fire and sunset views. Thank you ☺️

We’ve stayed at Tobys place before and it’s always been neat, tidy and clean. Perfectly located to everything you need in Apollo Bay. Can’t wait to stay again.
