Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rye

Our stay was lovely, the house was as beautiful as the pictures show. It was quiet and cosy with firewood ready to go. Dominic was super friendly and helpful, we would stay again

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. The bookabreak team were very attentive and helped us out with a routine little issue which we really appreciated and gave us a generous late check out. Thanks

The photos dont do this home enough justice. We already knew it was a beautiful home when booking but we weren't prepared on how beautiful it was once we opened the front door. It is so open & spacious. Perfect for large group bookings. I had my family of 5, my sisters family of 6 and our Brother. 12 of us, and there was plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed, a large fridge & Plenty of pantry space. Also had all crockery, cutlery, utensils, dishes needed. Which made dinners so easy & enjoyable. There was a living area for kids to enjoy separate from the adults in the main living area. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The bathrooms were beautiful! Overall the house was clean & we were very satisfied. Tracey has made our stay very comfortable & smooth. Check-in & check-out was easy & stress-free. Highly recommend this stay & any home hosted by Tracey ☺️

We had such a beautiful time at this Airbnb. My partner actually proposed to me on our first day/night here, so very special memories for us! The BnB was so relaxing- the spa was such a nice addition. Would recommend to others :)

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

A great spot with Views, Privacy and Space. Lots to do and central to the Mornington Peninsula. We had three family’s share the space for a birthday weekend and enjoyed the fireplace, open kitchen, vineyard walk, baloneys and great amenities. I would defiantly recommend and stay again. Perfect for a large group.

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

Francis and Ray were great hosts. Very friendly and were accommodating when we arrived early. The apartment had everything we needed for two couples. It was clean with a well appointed kitchen, but the little extras were what set this accommodation apart. It had everything you would expect in a quality Airbnb and we would definitely stay again.

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
