Perfect Location. Beautiful views. Spacious and bright. We had a great time in this accommodation . Short walk to beach, we were lucky enough to see the Echidna that live in the dunes. Great little cafe just up the road, friendly and welcoming. Great winery’s and beer gardens within 15 min drive. Overall amazing. The accommodation itself was a little dusty in places. Overall highly recommended and would definitely return. Also being dog friendly was a huge bonus.

Loved the property. The view from the deck was a highlight. Jen was incredible host.

Place was amazing and was able to accommodate a big sleepover with the kids (our 3 + 3 cousins) without anyone feeling like they were sitting/sleeping on top of eachother. Kitchen was fantastically equipped and central to the house, which made for a great family meal together. The gas fireplace was exactly what we needed as well, gave off great heat and was super easy to use. Pool table and cinema room was well used over our couple days as well. Jumanji and the big screen was a treat for all the kids.

We had a most enjoyable stay. The house was warm and comfortable and functional. Location was close to town and walked in many times for a good selection of shops and restaurants etc. Many places of interest were available near by and visited. It was also a perfect central spot to reach the many venues for the Sorrento Writers Festival.

A lovely and extremely well-equipped house near the beach. We especially appreciated the proactive and helpful communication from our hosts. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, providing easy access to everything we needed. The house was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The highlight was definitely the unique experience of being immersed in the trees – it felt like a tranquil escape. We would definitely stay here again!

My group of friends and I had a fabulous weekend celebrating our milestone birthdays. The house is very comfortable for large groups and the spa was a great social space. The heater kept us cosy and we had a very enjoyable time!

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here with the girls and had the most incredible time. Literally from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The photos truly don’t do it justice. Every corner of the place was stunning, and the heated pool was an absolute highlight. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully set up, making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, so close to everything we needed, yet still felt like our own private retreat. We all fell in love with this place. It was sensational, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special stay. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Book this space! I have stayed in close to 40 Airbnb’s and this was by far the cleanest place and the attention to detail was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could need and the quality of the utensils and crockery was top notch. We had a charcuterie board and there was even a board and cheese knives! The view was amazing & the access to the beach was so nice. It was so cozy at night with the heater and we appreciated the nice bathroom amenities & shower pressure. 1000/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in phillip island.

Easy and clear communication with Deborah before making the booking. The unit was clean, peaceful and the bed very comfy (and I have a bad back, so extra satisfied here!). Great location to explore Rye and surrounds.

Jan was amazing host and she offered early check in as well. The house is a bit far from city but the stay is really good with all the comfort you can imagine. Stocked up kitchen as well. Will surely recommend friends for this stay.

Joan’s cottage was like a home from home. It had everything you could need for day to day living. The bird theme running throughout the cottage was nice. Only 5 minute drive to Mornington town centre. We will definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with the house as it was newly renovated and the appliances were all branded and top end quality! We especially enjoyed the refrigerator having crushed ice function on a hot day, and that the beach was only 5 mins walk away! We will return to stay again as it's the best value for the amenities and convenience of the location. Thank you for having us once again!

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d gladly stay again.
