Monthly Rentals in Rutland

This was a cute and charming, eclectic house. Loved the different decorated rooms and angels on the ceilings. Nice selection of board games, etc. which we didn't stay long enough to use. Nice kitchen and lots of open space. In town for a family wedding and it was a perfect location before we had to head to the resort for the wedding.

Bernie is helpful and responsive. His place was convenient for 3 of us for a working vacation. Instructions are clear and getting in was a breeze. The neighborhood was typical for a downtown adjacent house and all three of us women felt safe. Close to groceries and amenities. Would stay again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood outside of the center of Rutland. Close to Pine Hill Park for some good walking and easy access to all the amenities you'd want in a town. Apartment was clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and overall the apartment felt very homey. A few confusingly placed light switches and design details but overall quite nice and would return.

I really like Sam's place! This was a repeat stay, and what really works for me is the location. I like to be able to park and walk to the downtown area. Sam provides lots of choices for bath amenities, and he provides all the fixin's for morning coffee/tea as well as snacks and sweet treats. The bed is very comfortable and the shower water is nice and hot. He has also installed a window unit a/c for comfort. I would highly recommend his place for your stay in the Rutland area
