Could not be better! Everything is impeccable, organized and new. The location is perfect and the area is safe. Great options for restaurants, snack bars, bakery and market. Everything to do on foot. Barra Funda subway station is within walking distance and you can easily get around São Paulo. Marcus responds quickly and has been confident from the start, which was key in deciding to close the deal with him. The condominium has parking, which makes all the difference for a peaceful stay at no additional cost. The condominium is complete and has a wonderful view! The terrace, where the pool is on the 24th floor, is perfect! A beautiful pool table that you can enjoy a lot. I highly recommend the accommodation and everything that surrounds it. By far the best host I've ever met on the platform, I've never felt so at home and accommodated. I went with a group of friends to get to know São Paulo and the experience was amazing. My friends and I love tranquility, and sincerely the accommodation doesn't even look like São Paulo (this is a haha compliment) - very quiet, if only the birds are heard. Perfect place to get out, enjoy the city, come back and be able to rest with a lot of peace. Note 1000!

The hosting at Kleber's place was great, he his mom was great hosts, we felt at home. The property is huge, an old house with very large rooms and well located.

We loved the little house of Raniere. It practically had everything we needed for the everyday life of a home. A place is quiet and cozy. Where we managed to get out of the crazy routine of everyday life and rest in peace. Raniere always very attentive, gave us tips mainly of important places for quick needs such as markets. We have been shown to always be open to guest feedback. We will definitely return!

It was impeccable. It exceeded the expectations of the whole family, we really loved the place. All very clean and organized, new and cozy house, very capricious in all the items that were thought of in the smallest detail. Spacious, complete and very stylish house!!! Very well located, near Rebouças, the metro and the Rebouças convention center. Spacious ambiance, comfortable bed, clean and comfortable bedding. Bathroom equipped with shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap. Towels available. Food utensils, microwave and refrigerator. Very secure, with concierge. Ha pool and gym available. It's worth it.
