Margarete's place is literally "cinema". The amenities are all top-tier, and in very good taste. We have immediate and polite support for all our needs during our stay. I recommend to those looking for tranquility and a space to have fun, and very close to São Paulo. Recommended!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is completely fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I RECOMMEND IT! It couldn't have been better! Better than the pictures. The house is wonderful, they think of every detail. Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even on the way out he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms perfect and with all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

I certainly felt at home the moment I walked in. The house is a total comfort, and with a lot of style, charm and functionality! Cooking there was a delight! We rented to spend the carnival. Really amazing place. Apartment according to the photos, very cozy, all new and well organized. We had a problem with the air conditioning that was not cooling properly, but Itamar was extremely attentive and agile to resolve the issue. After evaluation by the technicians, the device worked again perfectly. Resort is located right next to Brás station and has nearby groceries. Very good pool structure. My wife and children liked it very much and whenever we go to São Paulo, we will definitely book again. I recommend it.

I went with a group of friends and our experience was excellent. Place is very nice, cozy, clean. The very kind concierge and SR Wang always responds. We want to go back and stay there! worth a lot for the location too..close to everything.

The home matches the description and photos. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, I felt at home! Luiz Filipe was a great host, with good communication all the guidelines for check-in and use of the house. He was very kind and generous in sharing all the amenities of the house, plus useful kitchen and breakfast items (oil, sugar, salt, seasoning, coffee, filter, etc...), bathing, plus special treats (beer, chocolate!). Finally an exemplary host!

Very good experience, business trip, clean and organized environment, peace and tranquility takes over the apartment. I even lost track of time and overslept. Very good condominium and easy communication and security. I recommend those who go to work on the 25th just take the subway to the Brás station

Very well located in Brás. Practical facial recognition system done online, private parking, very safe location with 24-hour surveillance, has a gym, swimming pool and full apartment with all necessary kitchen items, bed and bath linen and even a barbecue on the apartment's outdoor balcony.

We had a very quiet and pleasant stay. The space is very large, with a lot of green area and tranquility. It was very nice to make a campfire on a cold night. Adriana was an excellent host, always willing to help. I needed to "torment" her for the sake of the internet and she was extremely quick and kind in helping me.

Thank you, Clark, for "lending" us this wonderful farm for my girlfriend's birthday weekend. We loved everything, the space was clean and beautiful, top pool, court to play beach tennis and volleyball, and even the internet and sound were impeccable. Casa de Pedra is in a privileged location! Within a very organized condominium with preserved vegetation. The house itself is a spectacle in itself because of a huge rock that dominates the scenery. Highlight for leisure items - swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and kitchen with large countertop and appliances (appliances, dishes and cutlery). A beautiful house that welcomes its guests!

The place is wonderful and much better than in the pictures. Large and welcoming house, I will definitely come back more often.
