Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rodizio Area

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

From the first day I arrived, I felt safe and at home. I found a quiet and very friendly place to spend this time in Brazil and to be able to go to USP in a calm way. Verônica and Raphael were very empathetic and above all they are always willing to help with any questions or help that is needed. If you want a place like home with that family atmosphere, you have to come here!!

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Luciana's house is old but very comfortable. We were in a large group and we all slept comfortably. Conditioned air operated. Hot water shower. Clean pool. Cleaning of the house was great. Comfortable rooms and environments. Very familiar environment. Luciana had flexible check-in and checkout. You've always responded very quickly. It was very kind. Great cost-benefit.

The whole place was as in the pictures and description, easy check in, clean ( although there was a puddle of water on the balcony that I wiped away) bed corks also clean, well-equipped!! All set !!

Excellent apartment, quality items and very agile communication

Great very modern and tastefully decorated apartment! Big plus! 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom! The location was perfect in a lively and very safe area of SP! The apartment is a very good value. Some pipe issues quite common to SP but responsive host for repair! I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in SP🙂

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! The stay was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and is in an excellent location. In addition, José was very attentive and receptive.

Place read and with an amazing view, we stayed last year on the same date. house with a lot of utensils makes all the difference. has a vegetable garden and we can use fresh vegetables. spacious house several rooms with a lot of privacy. Ângela in the Christmas season leaves the house beautiful and decorated a key point.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!
