My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

The stay was incredible! Everything clean, organized. There was everything we needed! Including coffee and cookies to please! Every care and assistance we need! The environment is quiet, well cared for and conveys a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We stayed a week in Geane's apartment and everything was very good! Geane is super solicitous and was readily available to help me with what I needed. The apartment was very fragrant, organized and efficient. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of cabinets, excellent mattress and pillows. Excellent location. I recommend it!

The stay was excellent: the studio is well located, check-in was simple, the building staff were helpful and the nights were very quiet, with no noise.

Really enjoyed the stay. It’s a cute homey studio. Close walk to a lot of great food and public transport. Also next to a 24hr Oxxo store for ease of basic shopping

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!

I stayed in this apartment for a three month visit to Brazil. I know Sao Paulo well and knew the area before arriving but staying right in the middle of Santa Cecelia was lovely. I would return again on my next visit.

Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find.
