The triplex is very beautiful, with all the amenities of a home. We feel very comfortable celebrating our Valentine's Day in such a special place. I recommend it to everyone. We left some brigadeiros as a gift for the housekeeper, impeccable cleaning.

A very cozy place, there is a market and pharmacy in the condominium which makes it a lot easier, there are things in the surroundings too, I went to an event in the Anhembi district and it was very close and quick to get there. The host responded very quickly when any questions arose and also let me in an hour early. In the amenities there was a hair dryer and it was not there when we arrived, but the host soon handed us one at the front desk. I highly recommend it, a clean and pleasant environment to have a stay.

Some of the many houses lack soul. They have already been so used and forgotten that they have become a hotel room. With the glass house on the mountain the idea is the opposite. In every detail we can feel that an idea was put, a project, a dream. Whether coming from the past or with an eye on the future. From the cute cups and cutlery to the nighttime lighting and modern intertwined metal details in the garden. Encantada! We'll be back. My stay in this wonderful home at Granja Viana was simply perfect!!! From the moment we arrived at the house everything was impeccable to welcome us. The house is modern and very well-equipped, with large and comfortable rooms that ensured a quiet and relaxing stay, not to mention that it had a super cozy atmosphere. The pool is one of the highlights. With a spectacular view of the lake and a beautiful sunset, it was the ideal place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Wi-Fi works very well and is super fast, allowing us to make our home office smoothly. For those who are looking for a hosting experience that combines comfort, beauty and exclusivity, this home on Granja Viana is certainly the right choice. Can't wait to go back!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

Our stay was amazing! Starting with Leandro, who was a sensational host. Very attentive, careful and quick to respond. The farm is beautiful, with an immense and very well-kept green area. The entire leisure area exceeded our expectations and the house is not even mentioned! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If you go with dogs, be aware that there are some points on the wall that big dogs can jump, we went with 4, one of which is a big one and we had to be aware of that. But that's not a flaw, it's just knowing how to control your dogs. Finally, make sure you are going to a complete place, with all the infrastructure you need and that you will have sensational days.

Easy to find location, everything as it appears in the photos, the host is very helpful and attended to us immediately when we needed it. The only point that could be better is that there is little cutlery, we miss spoons for example, but this is simple to solve. The home is worth it.

We were in the family (14 people) all loved the place, exceeded our expectations and we were well accommodated in the distribution of the rooms. Great location, bakery, nearby markets. Wonderful view, quiet place. Marcelo always answered questions clearly and quickly.

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. My stay was WONDERFUL! The apartment is exactly as in the photos, everything clean, organized, everything impeccable. Itamar was very helpful in all my doubts, always directing us in the best way, on the same sidewalk of the apartment there is a grocery store that saved us a lot. The condominium's leisure area is breathtaking, too bad it was cold lol I will definitely be hosting more often!

Apartment extremely well located, in a region with a wide range of restaurants. Maybe because it is on a high floor, the property is quiet and, what I thought vals highlight: it has blackout curtains, providing even more comfort for sleeping.

Sensational apartment. The beautiful landscape 😻 all neatly organized , clean and smelling towels, the wonderful shower. Everything in the photo is real. I loved it for sure I will be back again. The countryside is still better in person than in the picture. I'll be back, even more.
