All set, excellent location, space exactly as described on the listing, a safe place, close to bakeries, markets, transportation. We rented for a show at Allianz and walked home. Note 10.

Perfect from beginning to end. The house is a delight, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was quiet and effective at all times. The location of the house is a jewel. Lastly, and most importantly, it was very nice to interact with the two dogs in the house, Café and Canela. :)) I highly recommend it.

The house has 6 bedrooms and most of the rooms share a single full bathroom, take that in consideration, during weekdays the house is mostly empty but on weekends expect full occupancy. The kitchen is well equipped and everyone has its own space in the fridge. The rooms are quite small, just a bed and a desk so be sure you get one of the large rooms if available. Good WiFi, fully automated house (lights and doors), digital nomad friendly.

Perfect stay, communication with Alexandre is great, great host The house is rustic, I really liked the decor, it has a delicious wooded backyard where we ate our meals. It is airy, well lit nor does it look like it is in such a central region of SP. We were 7 guests and has a good place to stay for everyone Cleaning note 10. I highly recommend it!

Easy check in and location, cute little apartment

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

I found the apartment to be ideal for 1 person, a charming and cozy little corner, full of beautiful details that together create a perfect external harmony, and therefore also internal. I was in need of this, of this acceptance. And it wasn't just the apartment itself; Lilian is also a wonderful and welcoming person, and she really is; and not to earn points with Air Bnb. I had several situations where this characteristic was evident and this was a breath in the soul. The kitchen utensils were one of the best I've seen on Airbnb in all these years that I've used Airbnb a lot, if not the best. Literally new and high-quality pots (which for those who care about health, this is essential but unfortunately not all offer them), and all the other items, in short, it is the kitchen that I have in my house and this is rare to see in Air Bnbs out there. Gratitude, Lilian, and gratitude also to Toninha who was not only available for daily cleaning but to help me with anything I needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Accommodation in an excellent location. Quiet, easily accessible and secure condominium. The photos correspond to reality. Clean accommodation and bed linen. Excellent shower. And a kind and decisive host. We recommend the place.
