The stay was great! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and has a wonderful balcony! Victor has great communication and always responded quickly. Everything was clean and smelling!

my stay was great, the space is exactly the same as the photos, everything well organized and clean, all the utensils and features offered were available, the check-in was very easy and practical, the access to the building was also very easy and secure by facial recognition, all the services offered by the building are very good, the location is very good, there is a lot of place to eat and market nearby. I had a small issue with the bathroom, but the hostess was very prompt and quick to resolve my issue, and in the end it went well. All the people in the building (employees) are very polite, I really liked the experience, I would definitely come back and I will recommend it to more people!!

My stay in this wonderful home at Granja Viana was simply perfect!!! From the moment we arrived at the house everything was impeccable to welcome us. The house is modern and very well-equipped, with large and comfortable rooms that ensured a quiet and relaxing stay, not to mention that it had a super cozy atmosphere. The pool is one of the highlights. With a spectacular view of the lake and a beautiful sunset, it was the ideal place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Wi-Fi works very well and is super fast, allowing us to make our home office smoothly. For those who are looking for a hosting experience that combines comfort, beauty and exclusivity, this home on Granja Viana is certainly the right choice. Can't wait to go back!

The site has easy access to the subway station (20 minutes walking) which is a few stations of freedom (which was what it was looking for) and is very well located; with bakeries, Sugarloaf, restaurants and cafes nearby. The hosts were extremely kind, easy-to-talk people, and they gave me great recommendations of places, plus guidance on how to get to them. They were overproactive, while respecting my privacy. The place is exactly as in the pictures. Gos loved it a lot and recommend it! Thank you so much for your stay✨

In Copacabana, we gathered together to make a pizza night with Lady Gaga movies + show in Copacabana. Upon arriving at the site we were positively surprised, as the TV and the living room are even bigger than they appear to be in the photos. The atmosphere is comfortable, spacious. We also like the outdoor area very much, we intend to return in the future.

Excellent choice! The apartment is cozy, clean and well located in the heart of Vila Madalena. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of options for bars, restaurants and shops. The stay was perfect for exploring São Paulo. I recommend it!

Super recommend, would stay again. Limpo, easy access to enter the very friendly gatekeepers. Mini market in front. Very close to the Estadão cafeteria also from a street full of restaurants including the well-known Famiglia Macini Tratoria all this very close by.

Great apartment, I loved my stay there!! Small but the space is well optimized, the appliances work well and I had no problems with the internet. The condominium is also very cool and all the spaces work well, I liked the study room, very good to work there. For Elvis, they were super attentive and whenever necessary responded quickly.
