Konrad’s home was perfect for my family visiting Long Island for my sister’s graduation. He was proactive and helpful in giving us info before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is also super functional and has all of the gear you need to cook for a group. I’d highly recommend staying here!

The house was great for my family of five. We stayed there for my daughter's graduation at Stony Brook University, which was about 25 minutes away. All the grocery stores and restaurants were nearby, so there was no need to drive far. The beach is just a short walk from the house, and the kids enjoyed collecting beautiful rocks there. The house had everything we needed, so we did not have to contact John for anything. John was very responsive when I messaged him about my flight delay and even offered to extend our stay by several hours after our checkout time. Overall, we enjoyed this place and had a great time in Long Island.

We really enjoyed staying at Patrick’s place. It was private, quiet & close to our family. He had thoughtfully supplied many kitchen supplies, dishes & everything we needed for our stay. Very organized & had many spaces to keep our things . Very comfortable apartment & smelled clean & fresh. Even had a small vacuum we could use to clean up tracked in leaves & dirt. We were there for a week & enjoyed having a stress free place to unwind!
