Holiday rentals with a patio in Rochester

The accommodations where clean, comfortable and safe. The host was kind, helpful, and very communicative.

The location is very convenient if you’re visiting Rochester for appointments at Mayo Clinic. It was a short walk to my appointments at the Gonda Building and there are many restaurants within walking distance too. Jackie was extremely helpful and responsive.

This place is just a hidden gem in Rochester in a beautiful community. The surroundings and sidewalks around the forest are amazing! The place is very new, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. Would recommend it for whoever is looking for a luxury place in a very quiet and surrounded by nature area.

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

We really enjoyed all of the little touches and amenities. Emily has thought of everything. She was unbelievably quick to respond to any of our questions. She was so accommodating and helpful. Her place was so quiet and comfortable. Everything was updated and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home.

Great location if you are visiting Mayo. Walkable distance from the hospital and also a supermarket within walkable distance. The room is spacious and the sofa in the living room opens up to two beds if needed. Host is extremely quick to reply on any messages. The building management team is also very helpful. I had an amazing time there!

Staying at The Gwen put us in a quiet, quaint neighborhood with sidewalks and plenty of neighborhood dog walkers. The house has many windows for lots of light and two large bedrooms that were cozy and comfortable. The fenced in backyard gave us privacy to enjoy time outdoors and use the nice grill. We were a 5 minute bike ride to the Douglas Trail and 5 more minutes to The Little Thistle Brewery and access to plenty more trails. A brand new Cub was a short drive away and we enjoyed lunch nearby on the dog friendly patio of 5 West.

Emily is a great host. We always try to book a location owed by Emily when we are in Rochester, MN because everything is just outstanding and she is so responsive, kind, caring and goes out of her way to help you anyway possible. She is well organized and always has information in a booklet that can answer most all questions about rental and area. The description Superhost doesn’t even begin to describe Emily. We highly recommend Emily and any of her Airbnb’s to rent and you unquestionably will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the The Cozy Blue Haven for 2 1/2 weeks. It truly felt like our home away from home. Erin and Jacob thought of every amenity to make sure our stay was comfortable. Erin was very friendly, responsive and so easy to work with. The location is perfect for taking walks. Denise was great to work with. This charming home has an old feel with updated features. It was great to have while my mom was having surgery at Mayo. We were able to have several guests at a lower cost than a hotel. And not to mention how close it was to the hospital. It was a quick walk out the door and across the street. Will be back if we need to come back to Mayo!

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

Location is close to downtown. Sufficient off street parking for vehicles.

Hard to beat this cozy, clean home in the heart of Rochester! We had plenty of room for three adults and enjoyed the walkable, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen supplies were exactly what we needed. Michael and Jeni were friendly and responsive. This was one of our favorite properties in Rochester so far; we will seek out this host again when we return.

Tiffany was extremely responsive and communicated very well! The home was beautiful, especially with the outdoor views. Such a great place to stay at.

Great place for our family. Our daughter graduated from Mayo's PT program. The space in the home was great for hosting our family and having a celebratory dinner. We loved the deck with lots of seating area, along with the fire table.

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here! The location is absolutely stunning! The views of the water were perfect! The home is spacious, updated, and comfortable! So much light! The floor to ceiling windows make you never want to leave. Good local, very family oriented restaurants and shops in the area, most of which were walking distance or a very short drive. I felt safe, comfortable, and at peace here. I travel often and use hotels, airbnb, and other lodging options and this is sitting near the top of my list of locations to stay! 100% recommend booking at the flats!

Our stay at the Great River Flats on Pedin Lake was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, with stunning views of the lake that we enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the natural beauty all around us. We also loved how close (walking distance) we were to amazing restaurants and wineries — every meal was incredible, and the local wine selections were top-notch. Whether we were sipping a glass of wine by the water or exploring the nearby food scene, every moment felt special. We will return and stay here! Lake City is a hidden gem!

We loved the view and the large comfortable patio. The space was large and roomy. The furniture was cozy. Besides the busy street below, the building was very quiet. The beds were great - which says alot coming from 2 of us who have significant back injuries. Everything was clean. Instructions from the host were proactive and responses where prompt. Would return!

Absolutely would not hesitate to return! Loved the sunrises on the patio, comfortable bed and pillows, and very spacious. Worth knowing for your stay: I’d say the kitchen has your essentials for cooking, but no extras like foil, ziplock, coffee, seasonings, etc so be prepared if you plan your cook. The lighting is pretty much all or none. With no lamps in the living room area, I pulled out one from the bedroom during our stay so we didn’t have to have the bright lights on. The garage and parking lot is narrow. If you have a large SUV or truck, it will be could be difficult to get in and out of. For reference, we have a VW Atlas and it was tight getting in/out of garage. More positives: Nice touch having a cozy blanket available to use. The rooftop area is wonderful and you can’t beat the view.

Very nice, clean, and spacious apartment. All appliances work well. Julie, the host, was very responsive and kind. Parking was easy (in a shared lot), but can be tight with a longer vehicle. Just a note that there are a lot of smokers in the apartment complex so there will be some smoke smell.

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for us, clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. The management team was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!! Thank you
