Quiet ranch style home in Madison suburb. Midway between downtown and Epic, convenient access to multiple bike trails, grocery store, Target, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy a cozy guest room on the first floor all to yourself, and feel welcome to enjoy shared spaces like the finished basement w/ living room, and laundry if you need it. Fenced in backyard. Off street parking, PLUS I can provide you with evening/weekend parking downtown.
“Wonderful place to stay, almost in between Epic and downtown Madison. Squeaky clean, comfortable, cozy and easy on wallet. Danielle is quite a conversationalist, and suggested some interesting places to visit. Would definitely recommend it and if opportunity presents itself, I will be back there again.”
My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet little home with you. *NOTE: we love our old dog + cat so we hope you will, too* *No smokers here (just kills our vibe, thanks for understanding). You will cross paths with us and our senior animals - FYI Gelby does bark at the door. Our location is awesome thanks to the Southwest Commuter Bike Path running through our backyard, Monroe St. digs + dives, Lake Wingra/UW Arboretum, and basically everything MADISON is an easy 10-15 min drive :)
“I could not ask for better hosts or place. Amy and Marla are both super friendly and I was greeted with warm banana bread and friendly conversation upon my arrival. The location was great. I could walk to the Capitol either along Monroe with cute shops or along the bike path their place abuts. They gave me a book of recommendations for things to do locally. Again I want to emphasize what nice people they are. It was nice to also get some dog pets while away from my own.”
Relaxing and clean space. Private space includes living room w/ TV and bedroom w/ full bath. Hardwood floors, mini-fridge, coffee bar and microwave as well as access to off street parking. Located near Dane Co airport, I-39/90, retail shops and just 10 minutes from downtown Madison. Fully licensed.
“I chose this listing at first because it has a private bathroom. I didn't realize that this would be so ROOMY--a separate living space with TV, coffee station, microwave and loveseat/chaise/folding tables is here too! The bed (in a separate bedroom) was comfy and very warm. Shower had excellent water pressure. Easy to access in a quiet neighborhood near the Dane County airport, and a very quick drive to E. Washington Street, which takes you right into the heart of downtown Madison. SUPER clean--the beautiful flooring looked brand new. Lots of extra towels in the bathroom. Loads of books on the built-in ledges in living and bedroom spaces, in case Madison isn't entertaining enough! Food markets, restaurants etc are very close by too. Angie was a very good and responsive host. We loved it and hope to return at some point.”
