Apartment holiday rentals in Rochester

Such a convenient location for Mayo appts! Loved being able to walk to the hospital instead of dealing with parking. The place was very easy to find with parking right out back, the kitchen had everything I needed, the free laundry was a big plus, and it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, walking trail, etc. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The mattress is a little well-worn, which made for difficult sleep—that said, I’m a light sleeper. The linens were clean and comfy though. Overall, it was a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Perfectly clean and friendly environment, and easy to follow the instructions. Just a couple minutes to get to Mayo Clinic and downtown with many options for entertainment and dining. Will be staying here again!

I stayed for 16 weeks as a traveler at the Mayo is it was a great stay. It’s a couple minutes from the shuttle lot and super close to downtown. As it was just me, it’s was plenty of room. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would recommend this stay

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. It was super walkable to the Mayo Clinic and other downtown locations. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and cooked a full dinner. Check in was super easy. The place was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend this space and host. Clean and well organized upon arrival. Clear and detailed instructions for everything, along with local recommendations. The backyard is beautiful and we saw so much wildlife during our stay. Birds, otters, woodchucks, deer and more. Walking distance to quarry hill park which is lovely. There is a bus stop about a block down the road so it was easy to get around even when we didn't have our car for a couple days. The host was incredibly quick to respond and very kind.

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, and it was perfect for our week of appointments at Mayo Clinic. We walked to/from appointments at the Mayo/Gonda buildings as well as to local restaurants and parks.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rochester. I stayed while visiting the Mayo Clinic, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — just two blocks away. Grocery, cafe, food, and gym all within 3 miles of this place. The rental property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully furnished. We stayed for a month and truly felt at home during our time there. The staff was friendly, responsive both through the app and in person, and always attentive to our needs. If we’re ever back in Rochester, my family and I will definitely stay at Briana’s place again! Highly Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!!

Perfect location about a 10-minute walk from Mayo, a grocery co-op, and a dozen great restaurants. Mei's place looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. Having a washer and dryer and fully functional kitchen was a great benefit for a week-long trip. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at Jackie’s AirBnb three times for various lengths. You can get to Mayo Clinic walking about 1/2-1 block; the easiest access I have found.

Exactly as described: spotless, comfortable, and lovely. A high-ceilinged apartment at the back of the first floor of a house built in the early 20th century, still with its original woodwork. Because it’s at the back, there was very little street noise. In the summer with the windows open voices from the other apartments drifted in, but never very loud and only during the day. Just outside the bedroom window is a green space, almost a park, with two benches. Large kitchen equipped with all the basic dishes and utensils and a nice selection of pots and pans (look in the old wooden-door icebox). Spacious living room with two recliners and TV. Large bedroom with high-quality mattress, two dressers and walk-in closet. Soap (and shampoo) provided in both kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of towels. The location is excellent and the value outstanding. You’re half a block from the Groome shuttle stop from the Minneapolis airport, and three blocks from the main entrance to Mayo Hospital St. Mary’s. Half a block the other way are both the Reform synagogue and Chabad House. Note however that the east-west blocks are quite long. There are a few restaurants near the hospital and Fresh Thyme market is about a 15 minute walk. “Lime” electric scooters are ubiquitous and easily rented using the app. If you can ride a bike you can ride the scooter, tho managing the speed and the turns takes a little getting used to. Bring a bike helmet, or go down to Scheels at Apache Mall to buy an inexpensive one. There are also some electric bikes for rent. There’s an extensive network of bike trails along the rivers and to within a couple blocks of the mall. North of downtown you can rent a kayak, canoe, or paddleboat from “Silver Lake Fun.” If you’re here, as I was, because someone is suddenly at the Mayo Clinic, it’s really good to take a day or half a day and get outside! If you have trouble with steps be aware that there are about six steps to the private entrance in the back and three or four to the shared entrance on the side Bao’s communication is excellent and he responds very quickly. This was a restful, comfortable haven where I could cook for myself and relax during a stressful few days. I recommend it highly!

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

We recently completed a 3 month stay at this Airbnb, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was clean and decorated in a lovely, modern style. It felt fresh and new, which made a big difference for such a long stay. One of the biggest perks was the location. It was incredibly convenient, with close proximity to almost everything we needed. Most importantly for us, it was super close to the Mayo Clinic, which we had to visit frequently for appointments. The river was just a block away, which provided a lovely spot to walk and fresh air. Kris and Doug were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Whenever a minor issue arose, the host came right away to fix it. It was clear they cared about our comfort throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was well-equipped with all the gadgets and appliances we needed for an extended stay. We were able to cook meals easily and felt comfortable settling in for the long term. Highly recommended.

Hotel De Ville is a delightful home away from home. If you’re visiting the Alma, Wisconsin or the Buffalo County area and you need to making lodging arrangements this is the place to stay. Our suite was charming and comfortable. Daniel says he’s fastidious about cleanliness and he means it. Our rental was clean, and any worries about COVID-19 and proper sanitizing were rapidly dispelled after entering our suite. Daniel gave us great tips on eating establishments as well as the Castle Rock Museum and other points of interest.

Super cute Airbnb! We really loved it! The garden was great, the beds comfortable, the location amazing!

Jordan’s place had everything I needed! It’s just like the photos, clean, spacious, easy to find and smooth check-in. Easily walkable distance from Mayo Clinic and easy access to uber/lyft. Deb's please was perfect for our needs. It was very close to the venue for the wrestling tournament my son competed in and it was in a quiet area which made it restful. We would consider staying there next year.

We stayed at Eaton's place again for one quick overnight stay. Everything was great! Eaton is friendly and responsive. We'll stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in Alma. Daniel was very friendly and showed us how to lock the door. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean, but it was reasonably clean. There was no lightbulb in one of the lamps, but it was otherwise exactly as described. And the shower? Excellent. Great pressure and really nice shampoo and shower gel. Alma is a beautiful town - we enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you!

A great place very close to Mayo. Communication with Jordan was easy and she helped us when we needed. the flat is clean and equipped with everything one may need.
