Home for the Traveler, a walk to St. Mary's

This place is located near the heart of Rochester, within blocks of St. Mary's hospital, very peaceful, cozy and private. A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

Sun filled one room cottage w/everything you need for your short or long stay. Wether it’s a get away or a visit to Mayo Clinic. We have two cottages side by side for you to enjoy. One is the main cottage with everything you need, sleeps 2. The other is a bunkhouse for sleeping. There is no bath or kitchen in the bunkhouse. It has two recliners, a tv, and a daybed. The property is 40 acres of trees, walking paths, post & beam pavilion, 2 fishing ponds all enjoyed on your own private deck.

I believe Cat has one of the most affordable prices in Rochester. Cat greeted me at the door, was super kind, and anytime I texted, she responded within 30 minutes if not sooner. Cat's location is conveniently less than 15 minutes away from Mayo Clinic as well! The place was identical to what was pictured, and I was very satisfied with Cat's hospitality. I will make note that the bed in the bedroom is firm, so for my preference I do prefer softer beds.

We really enjoyed out stay & will be returning in a few weeks. The beds are super comfy...if you like soft mattresses. Having all rooms needed for my dad on one floor is a plus too. Very appreciative to Zach for stopping by a couple time to help us out. Looking forward to our next stay!

10 min to Mayo - Recliners - Jacuzzi - No Stairs!

We chose to stay at Bridget’s house for a month long recovery from surgery at Mayo. Knowing that things like the lift recliner and the tub would be helpful after surgery and help with recovery the floor plan ease of everything was really appreciated. It was quiet and watching the backyard wildlife and flowers made for a lovely recovery. We chose the location knowing it would be a few minutes from Mayo but having a grocery store around the corner and a few more stores minutes down the road was perfect. It was away from the super busy traffic close to the hospital and quiet which matched what our backyard at home was like too. Communication was wonderful and she always responded quickly. Will love staying here again in the future.

She has everything laid out clearly for her guests and it felt very comfortable and relaxing. Dinalynn is someone that goes beyond being a host, she brings her own personality and warmth with each interaction. She keeps her home tidy and was very responsive. Would stay again. 😊
