Through no fault of Cassandra's, we had to cancel the reservation right after the check in date. The house itself seemed to be just fine for the few minutes we spent there trying to determine if it would work, but I had overestimated my father-in-laws ability to to freely move around in the house since he is dependent on a walker and an oxygen tank. We had to find him other accommodations that were fully handicap accessible with a roll-in shower and no steps. So, my apologies to Cassandra. She was very responsive and gave good directions for the check-in process.

Husheng”s home was beautiful and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. When we had a question the response was helpful and immediate. Will definitely stay again!

This was just about the perfect place for us to stay during my open heart surgery at the Mayo. There was plenty of space for my family and me and very close to the St. Mary’s campus of the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to return “home” after getting out of the hospital. You will need to be able climb stairs to access a bathroom (just in case you’ll need to consider that) but that gave me the benefit of some extra exercise. Thank you for offering such a delightfully beautiful home.

Pamela was very responsive and friendly. Her place was perfect and very travel friendly. She had small toiletries available for guests, extra blankets, extra linen, and all of the kitchen items you’d need to feel at home. My family said “this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in”. Would absolutely stay again!

Recliners were exactly what was needed post mastectomy

This home was everything and more! If you're looking for a peaceful home with beautiful surroundings...look no more! Seriously. :) The home was SO clean, VERY well stocked (we needed NOTHING during our stay), in a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for a family to spread out! Also, nice deck to wake up and have a cup of coffee while watching the wildlife - we saw deer, birds, rabbits and squirrels. Our host, Nils, was both helpful and kind without "over communicating" as some hosts can. ;) Clear and easy instructions without over complication's. Our 3 children ages 8, 9 and 11 all enjoyed the ping-pong table inside and corn hole outside! There were also PLENTY of board games and books to keep them busy! This home is well worth the price.

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

Wonderful place to stay! Perfectly clean and friendly environment, and easy to follow the instructions. Just a couple minutes to get to Mayo Clinic and downtown with many options for entertainment and dining. Will be staying here again!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

It was really great experience at marks house. Initially i checked in early had trouble because of whether, but it was mentioned in instructions regarding check in at 4 pm. I would ask the air bnb to make it to 1pm check in policy at all center. Great place to stay and also had a roommate ched, good person to talk. Regarding place- value for money, great location for person planning to visit mayo clinic. Good response from mark on air bnb, rooms are as mentioned.

Becca's place was just as described. Super comfortable and open. In a quiet area off the road a bit. It was super convenient for me and had everything I needed for several days of cooking for myself and taking walks in the nearby Quarry Hill Nature Center. Nothing is far away in Rochester, so getting to restaurants and grocery stores was very easy. Would highly recommend and return again if I'm in the area.

My parents stayed here and loved it! Terri and Brett went above and beyond for anything they needed while staying there. We will definitely be staying at one of there places when we come back in 3 months.

During our 1-week stay, we appreciated the closet space, clean covers, having a washer/dryer to use, a big table, and comfy recliners. Wi-Fi was fast and the TV was really nice. Had the feel of like a nice and cozy finished basement. Some things to know: The bathroom was a tight fit and the shower liner doesn't seem as clean. Also, some of the towels are stained, but there are some cleaner ones and there's bleach in the laundry room if you want to wash them. Plus, I recommend bringing a towel or sponge to use for dishes. Overall, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We took a long walk through the city and could easily walk to Aldi or Hy-Vee for stuff. John responded to our needs as soon as he could (i.e. paper towels and tissue). Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully, it'll be available on our next visit to Rochester :))

The apartment is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and the linen is of good quality. It is in the back of the building, facing the parking lot and away from street noise. Most importantly, it is about five minutes walk from the Mayo clinic and downtown restaurants. On the minus side: The kitchen sink is minuscule, equipped with a bathroom type faucet that makes it difficult to wash even dishes, let alone pans; the shared washer and dryer are often busy, because the cleaning crew uses them as well. That said, it was a good value overall.

We had a great stay with Jackie. We had easy walk to mayo clinic as well as many wonderful shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and anyone staying here to check out the Old Rooster antique shop as well as Midwest vintage toys and the arcade all of which are basically right across the street.
