The house is outstanding and super clean and so beautiful 🤩, I really feel like in my home. Allison was a fantastic host! Her place was spotless and beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Tim’s house was absolutely perfect with comfortable accommodations for our party of 8! He was incredibly flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous weekend to enjoy the pool, hiking trail, and the gorgeous scenery! Very peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home - would DEF rent again!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It’s centrally located, yet quiet at night, and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool (and the amazing pool toys!), and it was great being so close to the lake - each morning we walked the path/sidewalk to spot eagles and other wildlife. One night, we built a bonfire in the solo stove - super fun. Beau was also very communicative and responsive. Definitely a trip to remember!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the arcade. The view is beautiful. We definitely would come back.

Our stay was very pleasant. The home is spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. Upstairs The primary suite is spacious and comfortable. The dedicated office and ergonomic chair was a nice touch. The upstairs laundry room (where 3 of the bedrooms are, sleeping up to 6) was amazing. Not having to haul laundry up and down stairs was so convenient. Main floor The main living area is homey and decorated nicely. There is a powder room and a bedroom with a double or queen size bed. Note that while convenient for one floor living, there is no door on this room and no shower on the main level. It would work great for kids. The kitchen had all we needed and there was a roomy walk in pantry. Having a garage door opener was so helpful. It was very convenient when moving in and out to not have any stairs to enter the house from the garage. We backed in, opened the hatch to our car and loaded up seamlessly. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Tiffany was extremely responsive and communicated very well! The home was beautiful, especially with the outdoor views. Such a great place to stay at.

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

The house is located near a busy residential street, but that was great for accessing the locations we were visiting. It had all the space we needed and Jaymi was very responsive. For those with pet allergies, I will say that my daughter was a bit sniffly, but it wasn't too bad. We booked in a hurry and couldn't find a pet-free place, so that's definitely not Jaymi's fault and I bet families with dogs would be very happy at the house. :) We really appreciated Jaymi's flexibility and responsiveness.

Through no fault of Cassandra's, we had to cancel the reservation right after the check in date. The house itself seemed to be just fine for the few minutes we spent there trying to determine if it would work, but I had overestimated my father-in-laws ability to to freely move around in the house since he is dependent on a walker and an oxygen tank. We had to find him other accommodations that were fully handicap accessible with a roll-in shower and no steps. So, my apologies to Cassandra. She was very responsive and gave good directions for the check-in process.

Husheng”s home was beautiful and comfortable. Close to everything we needed. When we had a question the response was helpful and immediate. Will definitely stay again!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Rochester. Sarah was an exceptional host and her house was beautiful! It is hard to find truly elevated accommodations when traveling with your fur-baby, but this house checked all the boxes for our roadtrip to MN to catch up with family and friends. We appreciated having a full garage to park in and a private backyard for our dog. The neighborhood is newer, safe and very walkable - we even located a park steps away as well as a doggy park a short drive away. This felt like our home away from home. We will definitely seek out this property again and highly recommend both this house as well as our amazing host, Sarah!

This was just about the perfect place for us to stay during my open heart surgery at the Mayo. There was plenty of space for my family and me and very close to the St. Mary’s campus of the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to return “home” after getting out of the hospital. You will need to be able climb stairs to access a bathroom (just in case you’ll need to consider that) but that gave me the benefit of some extra exercise. Thank you for offering such a delightfully beautiful home.

We had a great stay at Jill’s place during our few days at Mayo. Very close to Mayo and downtown so easy to get around. The place feels like home, very clean, comfortable king bed and the recliners were awesome to relax at night. Jill was a perfect host! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb near Mayo. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable, with plush linens that made it easy to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made living there for the week easy. We especially appreciated the fact that pets were welcome—a big plus for us. The living room furniture was very comfortable, and we loved spending mornings with coffee on the beautiful sitting porch. It was such a peaceful way to start the day. LeAnn and Greg were truly outstanding hosts—responsive and caring beyond expectation. When we mentioned that the upstairs bedroom was quite warm, they immediately purchased and installed a portable A/C unit. Their dedication to guest comfort really made a difference.The home does have older bones, which means creaky floors-something to keep in mind, especially for guests staying in the downstairs rooms.Without their quick responses and care, we might not have rated this 5 stars but because but because of them, it deserves it

Such a great Airbnb! Sara was super communicative and always asked if we need anything when we communicated. The Airbnb was super clean and super easy to keep clean. Great storage especially for longer stays! Also the laundry is in the basement down some stairs which is a consideration but there’s a counter to fold on! We LOVED our stay here and would HIGHLY recommend!

Deb's house was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures online were beautiful but in person the house was exquisite! Plenty of room for us to hang out on the back patio, inside in the huge living room or in the kitchen w/ large island & table! We give Deb's place an 11/10! My sister had appointments @ the Mayo Clinic & it was a 10 minute Uber ride! The beds were nice, comfortable & relaxing! Deb's place made us feel right @ home after some long days!

The house is very old, but clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room was not comfy and needs replacing. The area is beautiful and has parks and great restaurants nearby. The Mayo St. Mary’s hospital is located conveniently across the street. But you hear the helicopters flying a lot, however you’ll get used to the sound after a while. The host, Rita, was very nice, responsive and accommodating. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience!

We will definitely stay here again if we are in Rochester! Host was quickly responsive and helped us be able to check in early. The house was very clean. Kids loved the games downstairs and board games upstairs. So easy to bring a baby or toddler as they have a pack n play already set up with sheet in the closet, high chair, toddler dishes and silverware. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and even spices to cook and host family meals here. Grill was great outside. Friendly, safe, lovely, quiet neighborhood.

We chose to stay at Bridget’s house for a month long recovery from surgery at Mayo. Knowing that things like the lift recliner and the tub would be helpful after surgery and help with recovery the floor plan ease of everything was really appreciated. It was quiet and watching the backyard wildlife and flowers made for a lovely recovery. We chose the location knowing it would be a few minutes from Mayo but having a grocery store around the corner and a few more stores minutes down the road was perfect. It was away from the super busy traffic close to the hospital and quiet which matched what our backyard at home was like too. Communication was wonderful and she always responded quickly. Will love staying here again in the future.

This was our 2nd stay at this rental. It was just as we remembered it & the reason we returned. All the rooms we need are on one level, the beds are comfy, the reclining lift chair is a plus for my dad & it's close to the Gonda/Mayo buildings. We will stay again if it's available when we return.

Phong was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions we had. The place was very clean and comfortable. It definitely met our expectations and our needs. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay there. Will definitely look into your place in any future trips to the Rochester area.
