Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Riverside, Austin

Such a relaxing place. Andrea saved us when our other AirBnb fell through! Far enough from the hustle of Austin but close enough to go right into town!

Location is excellent, central to everything in downtown Austin. The house is very nice and spacious which was perfect for our family. It had everything we need and more. Gabe is responsive and helpful.

We love this place. It was our second stay here. This place is always thoroughly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It’s super close to restaurants, art galleries, and kid friendly activities. It’s very quiet. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and the beds are really comfortable. The hosts are very responsive, respectful, and kind. Do yourself a favor and book this spot.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. It’s close to lots of attractions, which made getting around super easy. We loved the extra amenities — the cute little putt putt corner, pool, and outdoor dining area were huge highlights. The beautiful trees in the yard added such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay, 10 of us fit very comfortably and enjoyed every minute. The living area was smaller than expected, but the patio, extra large kitchen counters, and large bedrooms made it easy for everyone to have a great time. The host is super responsive and helpful with any questions. Would stay here again.

Joby graciously allowed my family to book last minute after an issue with our original accommodation left us scrambling to rebook. I heard back from him confirming the stay within a matter of minutes of making the request and we were even able to check in a bit early (probably a total of 3 hours between the request and checking in). The place worked great for my family and we enjoyed having enough space to spread out. We enjoyed the cowboy pool and only wished we could have spent more time in the yard - but it was just too hot! We would absolutely rebook with Joby.

We took our adult children to a wedding in Austin. We really enjoyed this beautiful home. Great open space inside & out. Everything was so well thought out & our host was kind, attentive and professional. The home had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Love Lisa’s Compound it was perfect for the occasion! Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to gather, relax & have a fun time with Family!

Wow! This is truly an amazing stay! The house is just as pictured and host is so attentive. Beautiful, clean and inviting. The landscaping and grounds are so peaceful and private . The goats and chickens are purely a bonus, not to mention the gorgeous pool outback . This is a must stay for Austin . I will be back !

We stayed here for an ATX bachelorette and loved it! About 20 minutes to downtown and easy to order Ubers to. We had 14 girls and the space was plenty big! Annette was super helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. Would so stay here again! ❤️

We went for a bachelorette trip and the space comfortably fit our entire group. Even if being in a neighborhood, it still felt quiet and secluded. We enjoyed our time at the pool and relaxing at home.

Dani is an incredible host. she´s really accesible, even more than me!!! she answered immediately to all my messages, and I was the one that forgot to check them out. She made our family vacation a dream come true. Her house is huge, beautiful, in a perfect place, near the river, downtown, Congress Ave, restaurants, places to go, I-H 35, but at the same time, in a street where you'll find all the privacy in the world. When Dani understood that I was traveling with two small girls and a baby, she immediately offered everything that would make my stay easier. She lent me carseats, highchairs, toys, etc..... and inside the house, as she explained, my girls found everything they desired to play, swim, read, or just to have a resting time. The kitchen is state of art, huge place, with all you may dream that will need to cook, serve and eat whatever you cook. there´s simply no downer in this airbnb, or in this host...

Awesome place! Was so close to everything you could want. Game room was super fun and everyone fit and had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

Celene was always responsive within 30min or less. We thought for sure that we'd be sharing the space with other airbnb's in the other cabins but we had the entire place to ourselves. The shared courtyard between all the cabins is very nice with good furniture (that isn't rotting in the texas weather), the spa doesn't work perfectly but it get's up to 103-104 in temp in a couple hours, and the pool is very refreshing. The cabins are small so unless you're comfortable living really squished with three people, two people is probably still going to feel tight. Their is even a laundry cabin on site, I don't remember seeing that in the listed amenities.

Very clean house, lovely kitchen, responsive host and peaceful location. We had a great stay!

home was beautiful , better than we expected!

Perfect little weekend getaway! House is private and clean. My wife and I love these little cottages where we can get out of town for a vacation and just...do as little as possible. The mattress is fantastic. I always fret a bit when trying a new place that I'll end up sleeping horribly due to a mattress that's been skimped on. Not here. We slept like babies every night. I also had a chance to meet the host one afternoon. She was very friendly and we had a great little chat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get away from the Rat Race.

Nice and beautiful place to stay.I recommend if you want to spend time with Family it just so peaceful and good surroundings.

Please improve the check instructions for people like me, suggest: Self check in with lockbox. Code will be sent via email/ text. This would have avoided the one small issue we had. As soon as the booking is approved if it were my rental, code would be sent in the app, via text and email, which eliminates any plausible deniability. Loved this little place. Mini splits are very quiet! Blake appreciated all feedback we had to make the stay better for others. I loved that all the switches were marked! Additionally note parking in front of property

Super cozy, relaxing and comforting environment to spend a weekend in nature. Celene was very responsive, and she went beyond all expectations. She is a wonderful host. Looking forward to stay there again!

We had a wonderful quiet time with family, and especially enjoyed our morning coffee and evening gatherings on the back porch. Beautiful cozy home, and the property amenities are a huge plus! We had a great time at the pool and delicious food (especially the burgers) at the Wild Hare. We had some peaceful walks along the trails and just an overall special trip.
