The apartment is upstairs where you can relax on your deck and drink your morning coffee or drink a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. This charming two bedroom (approx 800 sq ft), one full bath apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with all the conveniences of a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/utensils and some pantry items. This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
