This was truly a quality Airbnb experience - and I travel often. The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of downtown Austin, with everything from live music to world-class food literally steps away. But what really made this stay special was the space itself. The photos didn’t do it justice. The amenities were actually better than described sleek, modern finishes, incredibly comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches throughout. And the perch overlooking all the action? Absolutely stunning. Whether it was sunrise coffee or late-night people-watching, it gave the entire stay that elevated, “you’re in the middle of it” magic. Check-in, surprisingly, was a breeze—everything worked as expected and getting into the unit was smooth. That said, I want to gently offer one piece of feedback: the instructions sent in advance were so detailed and intense that they honestly made me a bit anxious. It felt like I was preparing for a covert mission rather than a relaxing stay.

Place was nice. Clean and updated. The upstairs neighbor was extremely loud all hours of the night and day. Wish the bed would have been a little softer. For a in and out weekend trip it was overall nice. WiFi was not great but that happens.

Great place--a walkable safe neighborhood with Whole Foods within five minute walking distance. Chris and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. Place was modern, renovated clean, and all the furniture and bed sheets were quality. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but positive things to say! Allisons’s space was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We were on a short trip but my partner and I could easily see ourselves coming back for a longer stay. Super impressed with the amenities and overall quality of the apartment. Really nice area too. Allison was also friendly and provided lots of info about things to do nearby. Great experience all around!

The unit was very clean with fresh linens—perfect for two people. The pool and gym were great, and the location was close to everything fun. Super cozy and well air conditioned with easy an check in

Our stay at The Bolm was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean (especially the bathroom, which made us both very happy). However, we happened to stay during a record breaking storm that passed through the Austin area that unfortunately flooded our unit. When we came back to our unit and discovered what had occurred, the host and the co-host checked on us within about 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive in finding us another place to stay. We could not be more grateful for their prompt response and care in assisting us during such a stressful event. We would definitely stay at another airbnb with these hosts in the future.

David was a great host and the place was extremely convenient and had lots to do around. I’d definitely recommend it!!

Martha was a great and responsive host. The location was awesome. Didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to do anything that I needed to take care of while visiting, plus lots of eating options minutes away.

The space was exactly as described. Sonia and Justice were very responsive to all of our needs. What stood out most was that when we reached out regarding the HVAC not working on a Monday night at 8pm, this dynamic duo had solutions to us within the hour. We loved the city and loved where we stayed- we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Christopher was a great host. Once of the best we have ever worked with. Hospitality was truly amazing. He accommodated well and was very responsive to any questions we had. Apartment was very clean! In our opinion better than the pictures. Instructions were clear and apartment easy to find. Bathroom was beautiful and equipped with everything we might need. Kitchen was clean and stocked. AC was cold and lighting was perfect! For us the beds were a bit stiff but I have a bad back so honestly it’s not a fair opinion. Pool was well maintained. We have a baby and initially I was worried about how busy the pool was and noise that came with that, but by dark everyone was gone and no one was over the top noisy. Neighbors were very quiet and respectful. Our unit was on the third floor so if you have kids or have a lot of luggage be ready to be out of breath! 😂😂 overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back when in town!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was great!! It just didn't have the pool table that was pictured in the listing. Not a big deal but as a big pool guy I was looking forward to it.

Great experience staying at the Wyndham in Austin, TX. Location was very convenient and walkable to many things we were doing in Austin. The staff at the Wyndham were attentive. Steven was also very easy to communicate with. Thank you for the stay!
