Guest can use the on-site pool, Reserved Parking, and washer & Dryer. The home is in the heart of East Austin, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and nightlife. Visit Attabar and Lazarus Brewing. It’s a short walk, even shorter drive to downtown, and 2 blocks to the metro. Rent scooters and bikes right outside. Two blocks away is the metro, catch the train up north or next stop over to the convention center.

My family and I, had a great experience with Carrie. Carrie was incredibly informative, provided tons of recommendations and even went as far as to give us some amazing recipes to try out. Carrie’s house was exactly what we were looking for, private but close proximity to the city. My kids were thrilled with the back yard, playing on the swings and jumping on the trampoline. My experience couldn’t have been better. Carrie was accommodating from start to finish and would definitely recommend her for anyone traveling to the Austin area.

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home. The home itself is stunning. It’s nestled in the Tarrytown neighborhood in Austin. The pool was exquisite. The home had lots of added touches like luxury linens and towels, and the showers felt like the ones at the spa. This home was extremely conducive for families with children, as it had a play room and lots of extra space. We were sad when our trip was over and hope to come back and stay again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

All in all, our stay was great. It's a really unique property with fun eclectic amenities. The location was perfect. The historical area was really lovely. It felt like a safe place to stay. The unit was spotless, very clean, with lots of new appliances. Fully stocked with the essentials and some extras. Really comfy and spacious bed. Washer and dryer was a plus. Easy to find. The only thing was the courtyard of the complex looked pretty old. Once inside, I was really pleased with the quality of the unit and the price. Mikhail set up everything nicely. Thanks.
