Beautiful place minutes walk from the lake trail, you’d be hard pressed to beat the locale. Ally was super sweet and very easy to get in touch with. Would most certainly stay here again.

Meshelle was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable at all times! Space was really cute, parking was easy, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Definitely would recommend. :)

If you’re looking for a true home away from home, this is it. From a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, cozy bedrooms, to a nice backyard with patio space, and secure garage for your car. We stayed with our son and two dogs in-tow for a week’s stay and we all settled in right away. We loved that the location was close to everything. Great space to be able to work out of as well with great internet speed. The thoughtful welcome touches were awesome (drinks in the fridge, some snacks on the table, coffee beans). Excellent home - would definitely stay again if we come back to Austin with the fam + dogs.

I had an extended stay here while in between moves, and can’t say enough great things about the space and about Heather as a host. The space was very clean and well stocked. Was also easy to get to and located in a quieter neighborhood, which was great. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. And Heather was always so responsive and accommodating with any needs. It’s very obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making the space comfy and cozy! Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at the Guava Door for our girls trip to Austin! The house was immaculate and provided everything we could've wanted and needed. Surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the backyard with the patio and the massive shady tree were appreciated every day. We also adored the surrounding neighborhood and also the accessibility to the swimming pool at Big Stacy. We made ourselves at home with the gorgeous kitchen set up. The beds were super comfortable and all of the sheer/blackout shade options were a very thoughtful touch for darkness vs natural light. Parking was easy, we were grateful there was access to laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again on a future visit! Highly recommend this spot - the value was worth every penny.

Easy place to find and felt safe. Had everything I needed for my weekend stay. Had a parking space for my car. Overall a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super cute home. We loved the neighborhood, and walked daily to nearby Lazarus Brewery for (some of the best ever!) breakfast tacos. If you’re a runner or walker, the proximity to the Lady Bird Trails is a plus. Annette & Whitney were responsive and helpful. We would definitely return!

Will stay here again

This is such a beautiful apartment building. It’s super clean and modern, and definitely comfortable. I loved my room and stayed here for 4 nights. During my stay I made most of the apartment amenities and bars and restaurants; all within a 10-15min Uber ride away. Shout out to Ryan from the reception desk who’s a lovely bloke – really appreciated his hospitality and friendly vibes. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I’d recommend to anyone staying here if they want comfort and convenience. My only slight negative is the road noise from the highway, even at a high floor level it’s still noticeable in the early hours. But then again, I am a light sleeper.

I had a great stay. Very comfortable home in a perfect East side location, close to many things and very walkable. The kitchen had an ample amount of cookware and the mattress was very comfortable! Great hosts and very responsive and helpful!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Bring an eye mask - the bedroom blinds don’t block out much light. I had a great stay here. Convenient spot to visit Austin highlights. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Gil was very responsive. I would stay here again.

This place is in a great location. Lots of great restaurants just up the road. The place itself is so nice and comfortable. The back porch is super private and perfect for that evening drink and morning coffee. Would definitely be staying again in the future.

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

This was the perfect spot for us to stay in town for a wedding! Super close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

We had an amazing stay it was our first time staying in an apartment with Airbnb so we were hesitant but it honestly felt so safe and right at home. Everything was clean however the only thing is the water pressure if you want something that has amazing shower water pressure this place is not it but it was decent. Besides that this place was a 5/5. Would stay here again in the future if available!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at David's home. The unit is exactly as advertised, and the proximity to the trail and river is even better than the photos show. We look forward to visiting Austin again and staying at David's home.
