Lovely home to rest and relax after a day in the lake. The super host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

It was a great stay, at a good price for what was happening that week in Austin. I was able to arrive safely daily with the Austin Scooters that are easily available everywhere downtown. I felt like I had my own little private transfer waiting for me outside. It had enough blankets. I feel it's good for two people. I was able to do my laundry. The ac/heater made some noise but luckily I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. I was hardly there, only to sleep so it worked for me. It had a great little backyard patio that I didn't even get to use, but maybe someone else can take advantage of.

We loved our stay at Jaime’s place. Superb location, comfortable all the way around. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

Awesome place for a guys retreat. House is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Tvs, games, outdoor area to hang out. Place was in great shape and clean, 10-15 min from all the activities we did. Great booking!

Minutes away from airport and our job location beds were super comfy everything we needed to feel at home while out of town host is amazing at communicating

We enjoyed the stay. Clean and beds were very comfy. It was pretty cold out and downstairs kept pretty cool, so we stayed upstairs most of the time. But loved the townhome.

Chris’ place is perfect for a couple. Spacious house, recently renovated. I like that it has a minimalist style; clutter free and clean!!! Chris and Indra are great hosts, very responsive!

Andrea’s house was perfect for our group! It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with things like pool floaties, towels, and party supplies to make the stay extra fun. The location was great with cool spots close by for coffee, food, or drinks. She was also very accommodating and quick to reply to our questions.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Karen’s Airbnb while visiting Austin for my daughter’s graduation from UT! Karen was the perfect host—always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The home had a warm, welcoming ambience with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special for such a meaningful trip. Everything was spotless and just as described, if not better. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate this special milestone. Highly recommended!

Location is the best feature of the place, close to everything UT Austin has to offer. Although it’s in the middle of a busy thoroughfare, the building structure provides a quiet retreat. The intricacies of a well kept accommodation similar to a cozy , homy, clean getaway are some of the features that were compromised. For the price, I was surprised it’s not a Marriott like experience … Safety concern: watch out for the fallen big tree hanging on street cables /sidewalk

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Everything was clean and well appointed. We loved that this house had two full baths and a 1/2 bath. The back yard was a peaceful and private place to enjoy at the end of the day. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Downtown and the airport are both and easy 15 minutes away. The host communicated everything very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Meghan’s Airbnb is perfect for visiting Austin/UT. It’s in a quiet spot and a short walk to a nice park. It is just as it appeared in the pictures, decorated nicely and very comfortable. The small backyard space was quiet and shaded-a perfect spot for morning coffee. I would definitely recommend Meghan’s place to anyone wanting to visit Austin.

Spent a fantastic week here. The place is immaculate with outstanding furnishings and decorative touches. We had several local friends stop by and everyone asked for the listing so that they could recommend it in the future. Excellent location just outside the downtown with fantastic restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Communication was clear and timely. Would not think of staying anywhere else in the Austin area for future trips.

This Airbnb was perfect. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and had all the high-end touches. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive. We loved the location and ease of access to everything and will definitely book again on our next trip to Austin!

The home was charming and cozy. Zoe was proactive, friendly and responsive. The location was perfect for our needs. The whole experience felt welcoming and as of we were home.

Meredith's place met our needs perfectly. Just off Congress Avenue, it's located in the heart of Austin's fun and varied shopping district and is in walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and bars. There is loads of space inside the property for two couples, and an open floor plan that makes it easy to relax, socialize, or sit outside on the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Meredith was available at all times and made it easy to check in and out. This spacious and well-equipped spot was so much better than an impersonal hotel! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Austin experience.

Lydia was very responsive and helpful. She immediately jumped to the rescue when we needed assistance with an issue, remaining professional and kind. Would/will definitely book with her again!
