Monthly Rentals in Rittenhouse

Staying and Rittenhouse is always wonderful. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and communication with Rafi’s Team great, very friendly. Lots of light in the space but the windows are very thin, it’s a busy street so if you bring earplugs for nighttime it’s fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great apartment right in the heart of Philadelphia within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and bars

I really appreciated how accommodating Joseph was with my last-minute booking. The check-in process was extremely easy, which made everything so stress-free. The stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station. Would definitely stay again!

The airbnb is in a great spot and is perfect for someone who wants to be right in the middle of Rittenhouse while staying budget friendly. The unit is fairly basic which in my opinion is the best thing for those not planning on staying at the unit most of the day. This was great for me since I spent most of my time at the Penn Medical buildings and only needed to come home to sleep. While the place looks a bit dated, it was all very clean, tidy, and had pretty much everything you need to make food if necessary. It was a little hard to get in at first, but the pictures they provided helped a lot. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the stay and had no major issues!
