I can only report positive things We were nicely received, the handover was quick and straightforward. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient, the location is great and the most important thing worked properly in the apartment. We had the problem one evening that we could not close our hair dryer to the sockets. We were immediately brought an adapter the next morning, which I call helpful, 👍🏻 thank you for the stay.

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous setting in the hills. The house and grounds have everything one can wish for. Paolo and his wife were super friendly and you can see in everything how much they care for the property. They also took really good care of us and the kids - the kids might be spoiled for any future vacation :)

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place!The apartment is spacious and beautiful and looks even better than in the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new and very well designed. You can see that Marco has put a lot of thoughtfulness and care in the renovation of his family property with great attention to detail. Marco and his family were amazing hosts - taking care to make sure we were comfortable and offering great recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area. The flat is very well located within walking distance to restaurants while also having spectacular views that make you feel secluded, and a short drive to the beach. Thank you Marco, we’ll be sure to come again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is clean, comfortable and cozy, it is in a great location for those who want to be close to the sea, but staying in a very quiet area!With bicycles available, you can quickly reach the free beach, near the Ferris wheel (we preferred this solution to the establishment). There is what you need in the kitchen and cleaning of the apartment. Gilberto and Gianluca are very helpful and easy to reach for any need.

Fantastic and quiet location with a very large property. The house has a wonderful covered terrace. The proximity to the sea and the old town of Fano are perfect. There were only two of us in this house and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the stay. We want to spend the next vacation there again. Excellent communication with Nik and Lirim.

Beautiful place, lovely location. A splendid view in a territory to be discovered. The house is beautiful. To relax and enjoy the area. We did not meet Verena, who we heard little from and who delegated the management to Sara, who was truly exceptional in managing our requests and welcoming us. As a side note, a beautiful house and furnished with great care, but not very suitable for small children. Congrats!

In front of the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the sea and greenery. Just a stone's throw away, you'll find yourself in the heart of Gradara, which offers rare beauty with the right restaurants and services. The welcome was top-notch, with all the right information. We spent a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. Huge spaces that allowed us to manage a large group of friends. The girls had fun playing in the boundless and well-cleaned outdoor spaces. All this is set in the Marche hills that I love and just a few minutes from the sea. A stay that I recommend with all my heart! Mrs. Lella, who welcomed us, was kind and helpful, ready to solve the small and big difficulties that you have when you are a large group. Worthy guardian of this wonder! Thank you again!

The place was perfect for us, a family with two small children and grandparents who were going on a week's autumn holiday in the Rimini area. Quiet surroundings, walking distance to most places, own parking and large patio. Recommended!

Perfect stay! The apartment is elegant, modern and tastefully furnished, but at the same time conveys a pleasant feeling of home. Equipped with all the necessary comforts, nothing was really missing. The area is very quiet, but just a few steps away you will find pubs, bars, restaurants and, above all, the sea! The presence of a private garage was a big plus, as was the supermarket right in front of the house, which was really convenient. Great value. I highly recommend it to those looking for relaxation, comfort and a strategic base to explore the area. I would definitely go back!

Lovely place. Starting from the location that offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Wide, extremely well-kept green spaces where you can relax and enjoy clean air. The house is impeccable, tidy, clean and complete with everything you need to spend an even longer stay. Everything is equipped with the kindness of the owners, always attentive to every need. A few minutes by car, beautiful villages to visit. Beautiful discovery in beautiful Marche!

We (4 adults, one child and one baby) stayed 12 days in the accommodation and loved it from the first second. The first meeting with Michael and his family was very warm and welcoming. This cordiality has permeated the entire vacation. All rooms in our accommodation were extremely clean and very nicely decorated, you felt right at home. The children were very happy about the pool, which we only found out about on the day of arrival. We got a welcome gift, which is not a given. Also, one of us had a birthday during the vacation and he was also given a little something. I could write so much more, but unfortunately there is not enough space. For us, it was the best Airbnb vacation we've ever had. Anyone who has the opportunity to vacation there should take advantage of it. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The dream home if you want to live in a "TUSCANY" style experience!! A villa with swimming pool, nestled in the hills of the Marche Apennines, close to a Renaissance village, perched on the adjacent hill. Exit the freeway 5 minutes by car. The only aspect of the accommodation that is not indicated is the spiral staircase, very steep and narrow; in fact, my father, 88, slept on the ground floor on the sofa bed, but there were no problems whatsoever, also because the only bathroom is on the ground floor. A romantic, quiet and picturesque accommodation, safe even with children, since there are only flowering fields around... Highly recommended!

The kitchen was missing a few things that were in the description(sugar,salt,pepper,oil), but we figured it out by shopping at a nearby store. And I think the spring mattresses are done. But a week is perfectly fine for them.
