Waterfront holiday rentals in Rimini

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Residence complete with everything you need and located in a great location for: sea , walks in the center and around on foot or by bicycle. I'll definitely be back. Hi Maurizio, thank you again.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Delightful apartment just a stone's throw from the sea. The accommodation is comfortable and well furnished, quiet, very clean, there is everything you need to cook and relax. Denis and his father were kind and welcoming. We'll be happy to come back!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The house was nothing short of fantastic! Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful environment with fine beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with lots to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed so much that we want to come back next year.

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.

She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return!
