Stefano is very nice and helps you with everything. The House and the landscape were amazing and we had a great stay.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very helpful. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

Beautiful spacious accommodation with everything you need. Enjoy swimming, relaxing in the jacuzzi and BBQing. All the peace and space you need to completely unwind. Marissa is a friendly host who makes sure you don't miss anything and that you can find everything you need.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. We stayed in 13 at Angelo's house, for the weekend of June 2. The house is very nice, in a quiet area, it is very spacious both inside and outside, with a patio and a garden that offer a beautiful view. The pool, being above ground, is not very large but absolutely functional for cooling off while enjoying the garden, and was very much used by the 5 girls of the group who had a great time! Angelo was always available and kind to us, a great host!

Our stay at Carignano Chalet was absolutely wonderful. We spent a great time there with family, and the host was exceptional, organizing everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The house was immaculately clean, and the check-in and check-out process was effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was uncomplicated, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quickly accessible. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation and surroundings were almost more beautiful than in the pictures. The host was available at all times and immediately took care of all our concerns. A very pleasant person and absolutely recommended accommodation.

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

Very pleasant house in a beautiful area. In case of problems, Mara has always tried to find a solution very quickly. Delightfully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and ideally located to discover Le Marche.
