Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, underfloor heating, large and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. Simply put, perfect. The host Francesca welcomed us in person, always available and friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation, 5 stars out of 5.

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

Good place, location and price

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

I stayed at the property for work. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade and was assigned a room with a sea view. Everything was perfect.

The stay at Marta's was very pleasant and we felt very welcome. The beach is about 5-10 minutes from the property. Due to the heat, you can cool off in the pool or in all rooms, which are air-conditioned. Marta provided us with a booklet with the most important information, both in English and Italian.

Mariella and Marco are kind, welcoming and discreet at the same time. The house is in front of the beach, on the waterfront, but the greenery that separates it from the road makes it quiet. The garden with various plants and flowers is very well maintained and enjoyable, as is the pool. Small but ideal apartment for a couple, tastefully furnished. It's wonderful to be able to eat on the terrace, from which you can see the sea.

Perfect apartment, recently renovated and with modern furniture and taste. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, in addition to accessories, oil, salt and coffee pods. Air conditioners are present both in the living area, which is very spacious and has a comfortable sofa bed, and in the double bedroom, which is equally spacious. The owners are exquisite people, always available and full of attention to make the stay perfect. A note of merit to Cristina's muffins that she made us find for our breakfast, a delight. The final treat is the garden, well-kept and lush, very airy and cool, which allowed us to relax outside even in the hottest hours of the day.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very helpful. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

We were greeted with great cordiality and availability from the moment of booking. The Host was present and attentive, granting us a flexible check-in, personally welcoming us into the house and taking a small tour to show us everything. Always available, it made us feel really comfortable. The house is really nice, modern and attention to detail: the terrace is a perfect gem to relax, and the rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable. The equipment is surprising: nothing is really missing, from needle and wire to the adapters for the sockets (Schuko), showing care for every possible need of guests. We really appreciated this attention. The location is excellent: you can easily reach everything on foot, bars, sea, pubs, up to a well-stocked covered market of all kinds of food. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in every way. Parking is private and well protected, very useful in the center of Catholic! We will definitely be back!

2 couples for Rimini wellness, house 3 km away reachable by scooter/bike, very convenient, well-maintained accommodation, kitchen equipped with everything and spacious, dining room with a nice table for 6/8 people and TV, large bathroom with shower, double bedroom with walk-in closet, very comfortable bed, second room with sofa/bed and TV. Very spacious house with many rooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space to park several cars. Friendly and helpful host, he provided us with a lot of information about beautiful places to visit in the area.

We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful little house, stylish decor, thoughtful fixtures and fittings. It’s in a lovely area, maybe the best in Rimini. The local taxi driver who dropped us there certainly thought so. A few moments walk to interesting historical sites and bars and restaurants. Cristiana was the perfect host, sending recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were much appreciated. Great communication beforehand too, timely messages about arrival procedure. Our stay here was perfect, highly recommend!

We were two for a week in this fantastic accommodation and were very enthusiastic. With a lot of attention to detail, you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and super equipped. The outdoor area is also private and spacious. We felt completely comfortable here. The host Giovanni welcomed us warmly, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He was always available and ready to answer any questions. We were greeted directly at the train station and escorted back to the train station on the day of departure. Everything was perfect and we would definitely choose this accommodation again!
