We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a panoramic view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

I spent a night in this accommodation in the historic center of Urbino and I had a great time. The location is excellent, in the middle of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Definitely a positive experience, I would recommend it!

The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

I traveled to Rivabella with my 2 daughters and grandchild from Germany. The welcome from Nadia and her brother was very warm and even in German. Both hosts asked daily if everything was okay for us and also if we had any wishes. We gratefully accepted and implemented the tips for activities. The sea is only 5 minutes' walking distance, restaurants by recommendation were very good and also affordable. The breakfast at Villa Lauda was plentiful, varied and very good. My children and I would highly recommend Villa Lauda. We were able to relax very well and had a very nice time.

Great location for exploring the Adriatic coast and region. San Marino, Santarcangelo, Cesenatico en Cervia. Our tip the nature parks with pristine beaches. Rooms were tip top and very big pool. Carlo is a great host who enthusiastically informs his guests.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at and we’ve stayed at a lot. For a start the house itself is beautiful - Tazio and Mara have great taste, every detail is beautiful from the art and furnishings to the thick soft white monogrammed towels. They are generous with their time and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is unlike anything we have ever experienced.. a huge selection of beautifully presented sweet and savory dishes as well as fresh pressed orange juice and obviously great Italian coffee. We felt completely spoilt and would love to come back some day. Thank you Tazio and Mara for a great stay!

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Fantastic stay. What a wonderful space outside and inside. We had a nice day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What a rest! So much fun. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna, where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
