Clean and easy to access beach nice space

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival, Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but it is all very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the nearby area was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

It was a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very functional and nicely decorated. Plenty of space on the terrace and on the balcony. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach. Lots of nice places in the area, and a great pizzeria in the house. We'll be back for sure...

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Elisa is very available for any questions or needs, the apartment is very functional, convenient location both for the beach and for the center of Bellaria. I would go back.

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! I highly recommend the apartment is in an ideal place for a walk, by the beach and good restaurants near the city center. Views are amazing. Beautifully conducted check-in. By far the biggest advantage of this apartment is its owners. Very kind, helpful, and very nice. I have a great stay and recommend to any of my friends and family to visit Rimini. I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very popular as it was very cool and ventilated. Fresh apartment with all the amenities. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking at the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few meters away, and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street adjacent to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

I am very pleased to have found Nomastay Srl's apartment which is a real gem. The outstanding feature is the terrace providing a large outdoor space with pleasant views of the street in one direction, and towards the coast in the other. A great place to relax with an aperitivo after a day of sightseeing. Inside, the flat is well equipped with plenty of storage space, a good TV and WiFi. I really liked having a dish washer. The location is really close to the beach and only short walk to the station and the older part of the town. The street itself is very quiet. The Normastay team are highly professional and really well organised. They provide a brilliant video to demonstrate how to access the flat and use the equipment. The team was always on hand to answer any questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Danieles apartment. Very easy communication, super flexible and friendly host and the apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 1 child) - clean, good location and it has everything you need. We‘ll for sure come back. Thank you!
