Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Mariella e Marco sono gentili, accoglienti e discreti allo stesso tempo. La casa è a fronte spiaggia, sul lungomare ma il verde che la separa dalla strada la rende tranquilla. Il giardino con varie piante e fiori è molto curato e godibile, come la piscina. Appartamento piccolo ma ideale per una coppia, arredato con gusto. Bellissimo poter mangiare in terrazzo, da cui si intravede il mare.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Grünen und hat einen tollen Garten, den man sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht genießen kann. Wir konnten viel Spaß im Pool haben und mussten uns gleichzeitig nicht so sehr um unser Kind sorgen, da der Beckenrand schön hoch ist und es nicht allein hineinklettern oder fallen konnte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr geräumig. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und es sind auch ansonsten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Fabio, der Manager, und auch die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als wir einmal Hilfe benötigten. Danke! :-)

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per lavoro. Al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che avrei usufruito di un upgrade gratuito e mi è stata assegnata una stanza con vista mare. Tutto perfetto.

Der Aufenthalt bei Marta war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen. Der Strand ist ca 5-10min von der Unterkunft erreichbar. Aufgrund der Hitze kann im Pool oder in allen Zimmern, welche klimatisiert sind abgekühlt werden. Marta stellte uns ein Booklet zur Verfügung mit den wichtigsten Informationen, sowohl in Englisch wie auch italienisch.

Appartamento perfetto, ristrutturato di recente e con arredamento e gusto moderno. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario, oltre agli accessori anche olio sale e cialde caffe. Condizionatori presenti sia in zona giorno, spaziosissima e con divano letto comodissimo, sia in camera matrimoniale, altrettanto spaziosa. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili e pieni di attenzioni per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Una nota di merito ai muffin di Cristina che ci ha fatto trovare per la nostra prima colazione, una delizia. Chicca finale il giardino, curato e rigoglioso, molto arieggiato e fresco che ci ha permesso di rilassarci fuori anche nelle ore piu calde della giornata.

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

Siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità fin dal momento della prenotazione. L’Host è stato presente e attento, accordandoci un check-in flessibile, accogliendoci personalmente in casa e facendoci fare un piccolo tour per mostrarci tutto. Sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire davvero a nostro agio. La casa è davvero bella, moderna e curata nei dettagli: il terrazzo è una chicca perfetta per rilassarsi, e le stanze sono pulite, luminose e molto confortevoli. La dotazione è sorprendente: non manca davvero nulla, da ago e filo agli adattatori per le prese (Schuko), dimostrando cura per ogni possibile esigenza degli ospiti. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questa attenzione. La posizione è ottimale: a piedi si raggiunge facilmente tutto, bar, mare, pub, fino mercato coperto ben fornito di ogni genere alimentare. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e comodo sotto ogni punto di vista. Il parcheggio è privato e ben protetto, utilissimo in centro a cattolica! Torneremo sicuramente!

2 coppie per la Rimini wellness, casa a 3 km raggiungibile in monopattino/bici, molto comodo, alloggio ben tenuto, cucina fornita di tutto e spaziosa, sala da pranzo con un bel tavolo da 6/8 persone e tv, bagno grande con doccia, camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio, letto molto comodo, seconda stanza con divano/letto e tv. Roberto è un host disponibile amichevole e paziente, siamo stati tutti veramente molto bene e a nostro agio, se dovessimo andare nuovamente a Rimini spero che l’appoggio sia disponibile, una garanzia. Casa molto spaziosa con molte camere e due bagni, molto spazio per poter parcheggiare più auto. Host amichevole e disponibile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni su belle mete da visitare nei dintorni.

We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful little house, stylish decor, thoughtful fixtures and fittings. It’s in a lovely area, maybe the best in Rimini. The local taxi driver who dropped us there certainly thought so. A few moments walk to interesting historical sites and bars and restaurants. Cristiana was the perfect host, sending recommendations for restaurants and bars, which were much appreciated. Great communication beforehand too, timely messages about arrival procedure. Our stay here was perfect, highly recommend!

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft und waren sehr begeistert. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, fühlt man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls privat und großzügig. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber Giovanni hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen, war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er ist stets erreichbar gewesen und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden direkt am Bahnhof empfangen und am Abreisetag auch wieder zum Bahnhof begleitet. Alles war perfekt und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall erneut für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Struttura moderna e pulita, situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare raggiungibile con una bella pista ciclo - pedonale. Ottima come base per girare Gabicce e dintorni. La struttura è disposta su due livelli e offre un bel patio esterno dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi.
