Jay and Linda are spectacular hosts, who have thought of virtually everything you could need during a stay away. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and dog, and felt very comfortable. Jay was lovely and made sure we had all our needs met. The backyard is truly a peaceful oasis, and it was great to be so close to the attractions of DC and return to a quiet sanctuary at the end of the day. Despite not having a full kitchen, Jay and Linda ensured we had all the comforts of home. We would absolutely stay again.

Mary is super friendly and the location is close to King Street Metro which was fantastic since we went into the city to tour.

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

There are a number of things I knew I would like about this space ahead of time-the location is fantastic, the layout of the space was ideal for our needs, and it had great reviews about the things that are important to me (cleanliness for instance). What really stood out though are the little extra touches that made the stay more comfortable. There was a keurig in addition to a coffee maker, coffee there to use for both, ample dw detergents, paper towels and such, bath products, and comfortable furnishings as a few examples. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Stacey's guest house was perfect! It exceeded expectations. Stacey is a great host. Her place is very clean, very comfortable, very close to Washington DC, and the neighborhood is fantastic. My family felt right at home. I could go on and on, but I will leave it here. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed by staying at Stacey's guest house. Thank you Stacey!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

Wonderful stay! Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood, great parking! Can’t beat the location for the price. I will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thank you!

This was the perfect studio in Church Hill! Cozy and easy. Street parking was always available. Maria was very responsive to any questions I had.

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Chesapeake Beach. Her place was exactly as described and check in was smooth and well explained. It was clean, well stocked and the most important to us quite. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. Comfortably slept 4 adults. The house is well appointed. The fully fenced yard was amazing to have with our two dogs who loved sniffing around and exploring. It’s easy to drive to Culpepper or many of the breweries or wineries in the area. We’d definitely consider staying again.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was easy to find, super clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always responsive. Perfected located from restaurants and the fairgrounds, where our concert was. We really enjoyed our stay!

Serena allowed me to park on her property which saved me the trouble and money for paid parking. She was communicative and kind. The house is a 2 minute Uber or an easy walk to the Metro, and about 25 minutes to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay here, really appreciate how Nathan keeps the property. This will be our go to on all future trips to Richmond area.

Michael's place has minimalist yet cozy style, simple and clean. I love the stairway approach to the basement apartment, it feels so intimate, private, and secure. The neighborhood felt very quiet and walkable, though I did not spend much time there. Bonus for the bikeshare station across the street. Michael's amazing instructions and descriptions precluded my needing to communicate with him much directly, but when I did, he was prompt in his response and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it is available.

It was a lovely stay in a very nice unit. It was comfortable, easily accessible, and well-maintained. The fact that we didn't have to climb down a steep set of stairs really made a difference. The location was perfect for our granddaughter's musical performance for us. We will certainly request your home next time we are in DC.

This place was perfect for a quick DC getaway, close to many restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and is located in a safe area. Quick drive to the DC metro rail. The host was very responsive and has lived in the area for quite some time now. The area was clean and bed was so comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to plan a trip back!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Severe thunderstorms came through and took out the power while we were at a get-together in DC. Alexis let us know right away, provided candles, and offered to refund nights if we went to a hotel. We stayed there because the basement remained cool. Bedroom was nice and dark, and we slept well on the bed. All of the listed amenities were there and in good working order. Alexis was flexible and easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Graham was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and expectations/instructions very clearly laid out. Place was extremely clean and location was incredible. Easy to get to Union Station, Stanton Park, The Capital, Eastern Market and H St Streetcar which can easily get you to places like the Queen Vic. Im shocked this place isn’t more expensive per night - bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, no smell, and didn’t feel like you were in an English basement. 10/10 highly recommend staying at this location, probably best place Ive stayed at.

Chelsea was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and very close to some good restaurants. Close to main roads to get around. Love the stay and enjoyed the time spent here.

By far, the best AirBnB experience my partner and I have ever had. There is a reason for such incredible reviews! Phillip’s attention to details was impeccable, the entire place was incredibly clean and spotless. Every room was well thought out, with quality furniture and fixtures. Upon our arrival, Philip provided us with well thought out instructions to finding our way to his place, along with a welcome note and gift. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief but relaxing stay. It is very close to all the attractions in town, and a quick walkable Starbucks just down the street. I was dreading the DC traffic, but Phillips place was perfectly situated in an area we didn’t have to deal with much traffic at all! Overall, 10/10 for our stay. We will absolutely look to book here again whenever we come back in the future. I can’t recommend his place enough. You won’t find a better place that’s clean, comfortable, and close to the main parts of town. Thanks Phillip for the lovely host!

We’ve stayed at Judy’s at least once a year for the last four years. We love returning! She’s so accommodating and lovely! My kids enjoyed camping in the woods as a special adventure!

Really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and Kristen was kind and easy to communicate with. Taking an evening dip in the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing — such a perfect way to relax. Would happily stay again!
